    This roof is so huge! Rain is really tough for this type of work, I did not realize it till now! :) Great video!!!! I wonder if people do this type of job (everything you do in your videos) in Romania, because I never heard or saw anyone do it!

    I always screw a piece of roofing battern to the decking, only about 15 inches long, to help with ladder safety.
    Keep up the good work 👍

      @@PartridgeExteriorCleaning No Worries. I have a business in Devon doing the same, it's a hard way to earn a living. Especially this time of year and during these unforseen times. Respect.

      Definitely mate I think all the new starters will be making competition a bit fierce for a while but only the strong survive in this job I’ve found. It’s all motivation.
      Good luck to you mate hope you have a record year

      Hi mate thanks for the comment, for roof cleaning in particular I use Facebook adverts but to be honest I’ve been surviving off word of mouth for the past 6 months, usually drop one advert a month just invade of cancellations though 👍

    How do you get to the apex of the roof and get the moss off.
    Thanks

    Sorry Sid, if you ever get time are you able to stick up a link to the gooseneck attachment for the scraper. Had my first job today with the scraper but had to get the cat-ladder out after an hour, just to keep a half decent angle 😦

    How do you get the biocide up your pole and onto the roof? Does your big boy back pack use a battery to pump it?

    What do you do for income in all this bad weather ?

    • @PartridgeExteriorCleaning
      @PartridgeExteriorCleaning  Před 3 lety

      Absolutely nothing in the snow, fortunately we rarely get snow here, if it was more common I would probably get a gutter vac and focus on clearing guttering during snowy weather or figure out a way of making money from home via buying & selling etc.

      @@PartridgeExteriorCleaning I don't know if it's viable for you. But a winter service could work next time.
      think clearing path ways in-between front/back doors and the curb.
      or for shop owners in front of there shop and there parking lot.
      that often pays pretty well and is a good way to get over that winter hump.
      clearing leaves out of gardens can also help a bit.
