It’s not silly at all to be so happy to have a dedicated sewing space- Yayy you! Our last two homes have had 2 spare rooms, which my husband and I each claim one, and now I don’t know how I used to get anything done (I made queen-sized quilts even!), just sewing in the dining area pretty much in our living room, until projects were done. So glad for you! Happy sewing!
Great update! Girl Selling Flowers looks amazing!
Love your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
Thanks for sharing your stitching again! The Needleberry fabric is gorgeous, and just perfect for Pretty in Pink. Happy stitching!
Thanks, happy stitching to you too! ☺️💕
I enjoyed your video very much. The glitter fabrics are looking amazing, those colors ❤. The horse fabrics looks also great, the frosty morning one is cute. Your new start looks great. Have a nice stitchty time.
The girl with flowers is amazing! Love the horse fabric and Needleberry fabric as well. Happy stitching in July.
Happy stitching to you too! ☺️💕
Girl with flowers looks awesome!! The new mira is on my "to start" list!!
Love all your kits. I have the snowman one from years ago. When you start that one, let me know we can start together.
Girl with Flowers is looking amazing. Great work! Love to see your updates. 😁
The Girl selling flowers is stunning, funny thing I was thinking about it reminded me
of Beauty and The Beast and then you said , I should get Beauty out again!!!😂😂
The bags are super easy, FYI if you use hoops and just want to store them in there also
the bag will need to be a little larger. The fabric for Pretty In Pink is so beautiful
and she is going to be lovely. Happy Stitching! Good luck with the bags.
Frosty morning in frosty morning- so meta! 😂 I cannot wait to watch you stitch it. It’s my 🦄 kit.
🤯😂
I'm working on a Sandy Littlejohns piece while watching! Victorian Christmas Eve. I love that southern ball piece you got! Happy stitching 💜
Pride and Prejudice from 1995 with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle is my favorite version too! I’m jealous of your new craft space. My spouse took over my craft room when I worked in another city and I really want it back so I have a space to work on my quilting and other crafts and corral all my knitting, cross stitch and other stash. Great seeing your progress (especially with one with the girl with the flowers!), stash enhancement, and plans. Your project bag plans look like they will be perfect for their intended projects.
I’m sorry you got your craft room taken over! I was in a corner in the basement before, and even though it was cold and not ideal I was just happy to have any space at all with a few shelves. Maybe you can find an area to put some shelves and organize your supplies? Or just say, “Honey, I’m taking over the living room!” 😉
Your Girl Selling Flowers is adorable. I’m currently working on Santa’s List.
I loved the video and seeing your beautiful kits, etc. I am happy for you that you now have a space to keep your sewing machine out - I now have one too so I understand how you feel. I have made projects bags many times and one thing you want to make sure is, if you want your kit outside in the bag, make sure that you either make the bag tall enough or wide enough to easily fit that. I find that I really prefer mine to be taller bags with either a zipper or use magnetic snaps and I also like to add handles which make them easy to take with me to stitching get togethers. Just fit them to your needs. Have fun sewing. P.S. During Covid I learned to quilt by watching videos online, so I have fallen into that rabbit hole and have bought lots of material. Fun, fun………………😂
Thank you so much for all the tips and tricks for making project bags!! I’m really excited to make some! Now… if I could only find the time….! 😂
You were so lucky to find the horse fabric. Please show us your fabric bags when you get them done. Have a great week!
☺️💕
Hi! I just found your channel and discovered that we have a mutual love on Mirabilia and horses. Oh what fun you would have going through my pattern collection! I would love one of your project bags should you decide to have a giveaway. I look forward to your next update and yes, you have a new subscriber. Happy stitching! 🇨🇦
Thanks so I much for your support of my channel! I’m glad we have so much in common! ☺️💕
How wonderful to have a fabric created especially for you - a beautiful color for a beautiful stitcher!
Aww, thank you, that’s so sweet! ❤️
Amy is so very kind and generous ☺️💕
The portrait of girl stitching is beautiful! ❤
I agree, she really speaks to me, I can’t wait to finish and frame her ☺️💕
I am a fellow Dimensions Kit addict. I ran out to eBay and bought Flight of Freedom the second I saw your start.
Hi Jan! It’s a beautiful kit, I’m really enjoying working on it and I hope you do too! The colors in it are gorgeous and the eagle is so beautiful ❤️
@@NeedleberryStitcher HAHA So much for my organizational skills. I thought I have all my inventory of kits lists. Well guess what kit I just count in my stash. Yup…. Now I will have 2 Flight of Freedoms. 🤦🏻♀️. Oh well, I can always do a giveaway or gift it.
Can you cancel the purchase?? Maybe it’s not too late if you contact the seller on eBay!
@@NeedleberryStitcherI asked. We will see what they say.
Yay!! They are letting me cancel.
My dream is to keep my sewing machine set up...lol!
My project bags are roughly 12x10" inches finished. I like mine big enough so an 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper can fit inside easily. But I do have a few smaller ones and a few bigger ones. I kind of played around until I found a size I liked, but that is what is nice about making your own bags, you can experiment.
Thanks so much for the size guidelines! I’m a bit nervous to make my own but also I think it will be a fun challenge 🙂. You’re right, it’s nice to be able to make them to whatever size and experiment a bit! ☺️💕
I’m trying to find frosty morning but it’s veeeery expensive at eBay. You’re very lucky that you’ve found also that fabric to make a project bag for it! 😊
I couldn’t believe it when I saw the fabric! I didn’t even know it was available as fabric, I just happened to be looking at the horse fabric prints and there it was! 😃
Could you share what website you got the Aurora kit from? This is one of my unicorns and I can’t find it reasonably priced anywhere
I wish I could say I paid a reasonable price on that one… DM me on IG and we can chat more 👍
Sē wind blǣwþ þǣr hē wile, and þū ġehīerst his swēġ, ac þū nāst hwanon hē cymþ ne hwæder hē gǣþ
no sound?
That’s strange… I have sound when I play it… maybe try refreshing?
Lovely flosstube as always. You’ll be flattered to know that when I saw your Bucilla Southern Belles kit, I went and searched for it and found it on eBay. Did I need another kit? Nope 🫢😁 I love that era including all the Jane Austen movies .
Oh me too!!! I love Jane Austen books and movies! Have you watched the series “Sanditon”? It’s so good! Glad you found a new treasure for your collection! 😃💕
