I am the same age with u, currently in EMT class about 1/2 way through. I also volunteer on a squad as trainee. You got this.
Also, being "SAD" can affect your heart. This is a good way to remember this!

I am not attempting to use fallacious logic here- but when you come to a video with the mindset it is a serious explainer piece... "SMASH THAT LIKE BUTTON" I mean it don't sit well- Again not trying to undermine the content... It just creates some tension in the Ethos department.
