I think he isn't remembered quite as he should be because he played with Messi so he didn't standout as much. But that season with Liverpool he was the best player on the pitch 90% of the time and always visible in the game being a nightmare for the opposition

In the England game when Pele received the ball every England player ran towards Pele.. when he passed the ball to Jairzinho to score there was nobody around him. Pele created space for everyone around him because his reputation was huge....but nobody really knew Revelino or Jairzinho who replaced Garrincha at the time.
