I see that Agent 47 is showing us his sniping skills which he used to use but now doesn't. Good for you Agent 47.
😂😂
This is just normal to him he use gun's. In his secret mission's
That was take 58
He isnt agent 47, but agent 67....
i feel bad that usa only has 110 volts , :( we have 250v avg here
Nothing better than watching 17 full minutes of Zack jerry rigging an ev out of a hummer!
I won't lie
yep i agree
Nothing better?
That was 17 mins??!
Time just zipped by
Who's zack? His name is Jerry
Having studied mechanical engineering few years back , had completely missed out on electric vehicles but this series has given me literally the most indepth and real life lesson I could ever hope for. & for free! Thanks Jerry!
Even today courses and most mechanical academics don’t seem to have caught up. Universities, much like legacy car manufacturers, seem to suffer institutional inertia.
Quite sad a bot stole your comment
@@armadillito yup, they’re still teaching us about gas engines.
Hello friend how are you?

There's 2 video series on CZcams right now that I'm always super excited to see a new video of, The Colin Furze tunnel videos and your Hummer EV project... honestly 2 amazing projects
Jerry in the future:
"three year review of my electric hummer"
- I'll get around to sorting out those wires eventually I promise
🤣🤣🤣🤣
😅😂
Should take a look at Binky the Mini on Bad Obsession Motorsports channel. That build has been going on for years now. Really insane what they're squishing into an old mini!
He mentions that every time to preclude trolls from droning on it. Sadly, that doesn’t seem to work. Oh well.
Hello friend how are you?
"I promise I'll clean up those wires" - This is same as "Scratches at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7" . I think he is just enjoying this running gig.
Yes, he is.
Hello friend how are you?
In the place where the gas inlet was there is written: "use diesel fuel only". Maybe it would be cool to machine that part and engrave "use electric power only" 😄
Or "Tier 1/Tier 2 charging only"
Maybe "Use electron fuel only"
Hello friend how are you?
OMG this day got even better! After 2 weeks of continuous examinations, we finally got a 2 week break! This was the last exam of physics, It went awesome, and now this! Awesomeness on another level!
Looking at that metal circle on the roof... I think it would be great if you make a custom Plexiglas hatch instead of a normal roof. Just for cool factor. Glass roofs are a thing for all modern EVs.
Replying so the algorithm makes this the top comment.
Yes cool idea
Good idea
Initially he welded the original hatch to make a flat roof, but it didn't occur to me back then that this is actually an awesome feature. Even if you don't use it you still get a panoramic rooftop.
Ah, but can he do it with . . . lasers?
I like how you add "I'll cleanup these wires" in every video. How many people are giving you crap for the wires 😂
Like MKBHD with his cable management.
All we do is wait for the next video of this series. Gets more exciting everytime.
As a lifelong electronic technician and driveway mechanic, spanning several decades, I have thoroughly enjoyed every second of your build. Thanks so much for sharing your experience and life, you are a lucky man indeed.
Hello friend how are you
I started watching jerry for the phones, and yet, I’ve been absolutely way more excited to see a hummer video as soon as this series started
That’s not his name.
@@xploration1437 I call him "Later for dinner".
@@xploration1437 Calm down lol, could have just politely said his name was Zach and moved on with your life.
I like the series of him doing an building stuff for his wife in a wheelchair
At what point does Oshcut just give Zack his own key?
At this point I think Oshcut will give Jerry the laser cutting machine, providing with the electricity/fuel needed, and pay for Jerry Jr. through college
they’ll make him a key with ✨ L A S E R S✨
Hello friend how are you?
For being some one with a very short attention span because of my A.D.D. I can watch the humvee build almost with out blinking. You are an amazing host but what I enjoy most is the way you show and explain what you are doing.
I love how you shot your actual final cut piece....Confidence is priceless!!
I love watching these so much man. Thanks for taking us along the ride!
Hello friend how are you?
I fuckin adore this series. Literally been bingewatching this. If I ever have the money for it I'd love to build one myself! Great job Zack! Keep going, already looking forward to the next video :)
I love these vids too! His name is Zack though... ;) JerryRigEverything is just the name of the channel...

I would strongly recommend active liquid cooling for your battery modules. It does not only enable fast charging, the main benefit of active liquid cooling is a up to three times longer battery live. If you also add a battery heating option, you can mitigate a reduced range at lower ambient temperatures!
Plus overkill is underrated!!
I really appreciate that you showed clearing the rifle before going downrange
Imagine after Zack has done with this car pulling up to a car meet
Can't wait to hear it rev up
I get happy every time I see a new video from this series
This is my favorite series I've seen on CZcams by far
The Nissan Leaf uses a passively cooled battery and has a known issues with battery degradation due to heat. You may run into this issue during summer driving or off-roading with low airflow.
@@brandonchutt312 fair point. It would be well earned if they do though!
This is the best series. Can't wait till the batteries are put in!
Hello friend how are you
Everytime I watch I'm always so excited for the next one! It's been a wonderful viewing experience
These videos of your E-Hummer project instantly bring happiness.
JerryRigEverything makes videos like this. I have no idea what he's doing yet it's still entertaining. That's quality.
There are about 10 series on CZcams I look forward to watching, this is one of them. Thank you Zack.
Any other similar recommendations
@@Chaos96_ Colin Furze is one for sure

Hello friend how are you
Oh my that port alignment at 12:48 must have been SOOOOO SATISFYING. Woof!
Cant wait too see the completed HUMMER! Love from Bangladesh There is a huge Fanbase of you in BD!
The dc to dc converter installation location really limits your offroading capability, if you're going to drive through water, since it has an exposed fan. Unless you cover it with some kind of a scoop/snorkel.
The fan is sealed. It's just pulling air through the fins
@@JerryRigEverything gotcha
Charger too located beneath the shaft isn't safe when driving through waters muds can cause circuit problem
@@andrilsantiago3269 should be waterproof. Those style of connectors have built in seals.
Isn’t moisture and road salt a concern with the charger since it’s still exposed on the sides?
Big point here.
Didn't think of that.
Maybe just coat it all in epoxy for good measure.
going to assume that all components used in this build are made from stainless steel or aluminium, and due to them being automotive grade parts they will be weather sealed.
I thought the same thing! also, that bottom plate would actually trap roadsalt and water, which will destroy that charger in a few years
Love the updates on this project!
I look forward to each video appearing in my feed.
I love this series !! Keep it up bro ! Tge hummer/humvee/humEV is turning out GREAT !
Hello friend how are you
@@restorebrokenphone9013 good 😅
I would recommend that you powder coat the hummer
The only problem with this is that you would have to remove everything first😅
He said he will paint it hence everything will be removed😂😂
@@AC-mu6ig give it some of the green stuff.
I so love the soundtrack during the shooting process.
And of course, the victory soundtrack after the ar500 shot
dang i want more, this series is fantastic.
Better you add active cooling. The batteries get warm as you deplete them too.
Based on the amount of batteries there, there's not enough internal resistance that they'd need it
That is cool. Now, you can say you shot your hummer
This really is a labour of love
Loving the progress, congratulations on the baby.
Me excited for this build knowing I’m about to do the same thing with my special vehicle.
What vehicle are you doing the conversion on?
@@AMVehicles it’s just an old semi truck with a flatbed on it
real question: isnt vibration a problem for all those electric equipment bolted to the chassi? I'm guessing that off-road a lot of things will move/vibrate a lot. cheers Zack!
Yeah! But all these components are vehicle rated and vibration is taken into account
@@JerryRigEverything awesome! Thanks Zack!
Hello friend how are you?
always looking forward to vids for this project build! so cool!
Putting the actual thing going onto to humvee to test. Didn't expect anything less from Jerry. XD. Love this channel !
The best series I actually wait and watch every week
I probably would even pay and watch this 😛
Hello friend how are you
ooohhh he's back with that sultry voice. gets me every time!
good to see you back hoped you had fun with ur family
Pretty excited for the results... And he is a one talented dude👏👏
7:38 perhaps you may have confused the m855 "green tip" with the m855A1.
M855 has a mild steel core that was implemented to help with barrier penetration. Typical FMJ break up quickly on impact. The m855a1 is restricted from civilian use because it is a "proper" AP round.
Fun fact, m193 or "55 grain FMJ" penetrate ar500 steel better than green tip.
You think you know more about AP rounds than Agent 47 ?!!
Agreed, everyone thinks green tips are armor piercing.
Yea definitely cringed when he said AP but uses a green tip 😂
This series should probably be in Netflix or Amazon prime
you know that neflix might recast Zack because he is jot inclusive enough :P
(to the first degree team, this is a joke, no war here...)
I completely agree with you.
But then I'd have to pay to watch it. Or more accurately, I'd have to not watch it.
This is the one of the best CZcams series.
I'm always up to date whenever you release vids. You inspire me to be this handy.
There actually is no "Bulletproof". It depends on the bullet you use. Use a larger bullet and it will go through. It is actually called Bullet Resistant.
So far this project is great, but 11:45 I would worry about two things here, I would worry about limited suspension movement and potential damage hazard to the driveshaft because of the placement of the onboard charge unit, if he takes a pothole like this, it could be more severe than it needs to be
The rear driveshaft doesn't move much because it has independent rear suspension.
Hello friend how are you?
U go back for this project 🤩🤩so excited
I love this series…. He make it look so easy, it’s almost pleasant
I got legitimately excited when I saw this notification lol. I love that beast!
Am I the only one that snaps their fingers with Jerry every time?
Yes
Can't wait to see that thing going on its own!
I can't wait to see this thing moving ♥️
Zack I love living the rigging life through you. You get to do what I would love to do if I wasn't so unhealthy, poor and void of time. I absolutely love this project and I think about the next video everyday. By the way, you know rigging has a slightly negative connotation to it because it's something cowboys would do. But you do everything with BEST practices and to perfection. Your work looks factory made or factory installed. I wouldn't call that rigging
Curious why you didn't go for that combined 6.6kw charger and DC/DC converter in one from stealth EV.
Also, go ahead and wire up a ccs2 port and put a chiller in the cooling lines. DC fast charging for diy projects is rapidly becoming viable
Hello friend how are you?
Literally the best project I've been watching for months now.
Honestly the best video series on CZcams right now.
What about today's video
Seems like the area where the wires go into the charger underneath is still pretty unprotected. Maybe it doesn't matter, or maybe there is more metal to be put in that area to protect it? I am also wondering about water proofing the connections underneath? Is that necessary? Maybe the intent isnt to get it submerged on the undercarriage ever?
Hello friend how are you?
So cool! Can't wait for the next video. 😁👍
Best CZcams series right now on CZcams👍
Hey jerry, are you not concerned about the dust on the hummer ,like it can be dangerous for the parts you are installing in your project
I dont think it would be too big of a deal
@@alexlancaster2168 bro you never know what can happen
And i also looks like weird
Level 1 to level 3 charging seems cool but the real question is if it will scratch at level 6 with deeper grooves at level 7.
That’s a mighty fine shot there👌
