What is the white stuff you used to spread the hair color. You said something matt. I would like to get that. Do you use it in the place of water?

Hi and thanks for watching! I used Matte Medium to activate the stabilo pencil in her hair and other parts of the face. The link is in the description of this video. ❤️ I used it instead of water to set the stabilo pencil so it doesn’t remain water soluble. You can use it to dilute acrylics for washes and glazes, to glue papers down for collage, and tons of other uses.
