- This came in as a repair job a while ago now. At first the guy just called it a Henry, but it turns out to be something much cooler than that, and possibly a record for the newest vacuum to feature on my channel? Let's take a look at what happens when you use a vacuum set up for Wet use as a Dry vac!

14:33 the fact it ran like that sounded like there was a dirt buildup on the fan.
It's only a year nearly 2 years old and it looks very old. Great job Sam.
When buying a Numatic there should be a background check to check if you abused them in the past.
nice video i love henry's
The cables seem worse on the newer ones but this flaw is natural no matter the type of cable, had it on HVC200s and NV200s many times
Just had in a 2019 Henry micro and the motor has been killed in it already !
Why spend all that money on a Numatic W&D then kill it by neglect?
Some people have more money than sense
Yea, or maybe there just stupid and didn’t know they were abusing it,
Either way there dumb
I have 3 numeric vacuums in my living room rn
One being 6 years old and the rest not much younger and yet they all look nearly new.
Yet this thing looks like its been legit kept in a trash can,
If they were gonna use it for so harsh things they should have gotten an industrial one.
I think you mean they’re not there.
Can't seem to work out how to get the carbon brushes out of my Henry hvr200 ( UDS1053SN I think). Think they must slide out but not sure what to do. Why did hoover use so many different motors!
14:50 I knew that exact same thing to get excess dust out of a machine!
You only ever don't do it outside once!
I do that as well, it works especially well on newer Dysons.
What kind of screws are used to hold the cover on the motor. I have tried everything but can''t get any of them to come out. Philips, straight, and torx nothing works. Hammer is next............lol.
Beko1987 is the V8 animal worth the money or the v10 absolute?
Using a vacum to clean a vacum, yes
it needs a new name: Gloria .... as in "I will survive" .... because it has!!!!!
The problem is calling it a Wet And Dry . It implies either mode can be used. It is Wet OR Dry. Or Am I wrong, is the guaze supposed to act as a dry filter (but use bags in it ? anyone got instructions link for it, Charles definately should have wet mode and dry modes separated
No the gauze on the wet float is designed to stop any chunky bits being caught in the airflow and hitting the fan. I can see where the guy came from, as a tool it could be justified, but I know us Numatic fans aren't keen! I told him to cable tie a cloth to it or something to try and keep the worse out
Hello, I have Henry Wash when I turn it on the suction works fine but the spry hose doesn't work, I press the button to turn it on and there is no noise and it's not spraying, do you know what's the issue please?
Many thanks
It'll be the same symptoms the Numatic George has when it does this, the pump has gone. Reasonably easy to replace I'd imagine, but pricey. However, being new numatic and therefore with awful switches, have you the capability to take the top shell off (outer 4 screws it should be) and multimeter/test the switch? Also is it not under warranty? I'd check that first...
poor big Henry
Would you know where I could get a motor for one of these?
Espares
Please can someone tell me the difference between the Henry wet and dry, Charles and the Numatic WV370 ???
I know the numatics are aimee at the commercial market and normally have longer cables / stronger buckets compared to the “Henry” range, but the 3 vacuums I mentioned look identical and have identical specs. The only difference I spotted was the Numatic WV370 comes with less accessories as standard bizarrely.
They're all the same besides attachments
Poor Henry.
I know, I felt bad for him
The hwd370-2 looks like a hvc200
did it run smmmmmmmmmmmmmmmooooooooooooooooooooootttttttttttttthhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ?
Lol no. It ran badly but I was amazed it ran at all!
@@beko1987 did you tell him that if he diddent but a bag in it you would murder him?
@@TommyCullen-VacuumConnisour no. He knowingly does it as he's a plumber, and to him buying a new one every year or so is easier than swapping between wet and dry. Was quite sad for Henry, but it makes sense... It's just how life is
@@beko1987 well
😲 omg
Love it, utterly abused hoover videos, It's just pure filth
