This is where the freshest produce in Zimbabwe, ingredients for meals in expensive restaurants comes from. Most of the produce is only a few hours old, so very fresh and quite cheap.

After having watched most of your videos, I have learned that apart from diverse languages and different country names, we Africans are basically the same people living in almost similar sorroundings. That market scene could be in Kawangware Kenya, Atsiaman Ghana, or Xai-Xai Mozambique.

There you can buy a box of tomatoes or anything very cheap but you will have to go there very early in the morning. 2019 I went there teaching my niece how to buy and sell so I can set up a business for her rather than being a maid where the husband will be abusing you and Chuck you away with the baby. Thank God I set that up for her she has mastered it and doing well. Thank you for showing the world the real Zim not that other people portray Zimbabwe to the world. And if you haven't been to Zim for a long time you can believe those lies. After that day,my mother made sure I won't wear expensive watches anymore when walking around Mbare coz in those days pick pockets were very high.It looks much more laid back now than it was in the 80s and early 90s.Maybe Covid restricted people from flocking into Mbare.I will be visiting Zimbabwe next year,I am so exited about it.

As a Zimbabwean i learnt that we dont really earn enough from our avocadoes whilst in the european and american countries they are very expensive foods. Most avocadoes and bananas get wasted in Zimbabwean markets something that made me realize how we dont have access to global markets. Unfortunately i dont understand the economics behind such dynamics

Would you say consumption of our products at a cheap price is wasting? u need grow the avocados yourself so that you understand the dynamics or visit chipinge, you will get to know and understand better. hope u find it useful.

@@veemuyambo maybe a partnership will do. Just try clear water in chipinge maybe u can get more information in regards to the quality of the avocado as well. most markets are going for organic. also compare the price coz selling local in US$ can be paying as well.

Thank you for the tour. Everyone has to make a living. Can I ask about cars and vehicles. So many people seem to have cars. Are there 1000s of car mechanics working in garages to maintain these vehicles or do people use private mechanics?

But when i was in college in 2012, i used to go to mbare and buy fake nike shoes and sell them to uptown kids for 3 times the price🤣.
I used to take of my uniform before arriving there because sellers would recognise my school and over charge me.
