  • What can $10 get you in Zimbabwe?
Zimbabwe, officially Republic of #Zimbabwe, formerly (1911-64) Southern Rhodesia, (1964-79) Rhodesia, or (1979-80) Zimbabwe Rhodesia, landlocked country of southern Africa. It shares a 125-mile (200-kilometre) border on the south with the Republic of #SouthAfrica and is bounded on the southwest and west by Botswana, on the north by Zambia, and on the northeast and east by Mozambique. The capital is Harare (formerly called Salisbury). Zimbabwe achieved majority rule and internationally recognized independence in April 1980

The multi-currency system in Zimbabwe has made Zimbabweans to be very great mathematicians. You are always working out the exchange rates...you can pay in US dollar and get change in South African rands or Zimbabwean dollar. Both the vendor and customer will know exactly what is due to them without using a calculator.

Growing up as a young African girl I was ashamed of being African was often reminded of hw Africa was a poor starving continent. When I grew older, I got the chance to travel to the so called 'affluent' nations and finally realized tht the continents of Africa and Asia hve some of the most nutritious diets and natural foods found in abundance thanks to the diverse flora and fauna naturally found in these regions. And we don't starve by the way it's a misconception!!!🤔🤔 Thanks to African Tigress, Claudia Harmony and all other African CZcamsrs for telling our African stories.
