Now we all know the LAU trilogy can definitely run on the nintendo Switch...
The community is *VERY* vocal about wanting other titles on the Switch, please think about remastering the classic games for Switch, and also porting the LAU trilogy!

Yeah, many games from the underworld generation have been ported to the switch already so it's no surprise, I mean even the PS2 got an (admittedly inferior) underworld port 😆 I'd rather see the underworld DLC ported to PC first though, since that platform won't require constant re-releases as time goes by and it's currently stuck on the Xbox 360 (and possibly one/series with backwards compatibility)
These games are way less demanding than the LAU games, this doesn't mean anything about whether they can run on the Switch.
@@TonkarzOfSolSystem That's true for guardian of light, but underworld and even the 2013 reboot ran better than temple of Osiris for me on PC... Then again, I had even more issues with that game than performance, since playing online would sometimes just freeze the camera in place
@@TonkarzOfSolSystem They ran fine on PS3 and the Switch is theoretically more powerful than a PS3 (1 teraflop vs 203 gigaflops, though the potential is probably reduced for power and heat management)
The Wii had some LAU titles and the switch is definitely more powerful than the Wii
Ports are definitely possible for the Switch
@@ProtoMarcus Oh yeah, I don't diagree. LAU ports are 100% possible for the Switch. All I'm saying is that these two ports don't affect LAU portability.

They've made that obvious in everything they do; from shitting on her in marketing and on their crappy social media accounts all the way to creating a completely new character and slapping the Lara Croft name on her just bc they knew the name would sell.

@@Phreno_Xeno You're absolutely right. Angel of Darkness Lara is my favourite version of her, but even the PS1 model looks hotter than the reboot. It goes to show how much they hate her

I’d be very surprised if they’d run well given how demanding they were for PCs at the time of launch. Tomb raider 2013 might be okay but I struggle to see rise of the tomb raider of shadow of the tomb raider working well. Would be cool to see though
@@ryan011193 1.) those aren't really Tomb Raider games, they're action adventure games with the name slapped on it. 2.) Even if they were true Tomb Raider games, they wouldn't be the only ones in existence. There's still every game before them, from the original 6 games developed by Core Design from 1996-2003 to the first Crystal Dynamics trilogy (Legend-Underworld). All of those games would be easy to port to every current gen console, and they would all sell well, so there's no real reason for them to do this, other than to continue distancing themselves from anything actually resembling Tomb Raider and Lara Croft.

@@ryan011193 shadow would work to. If it runs on the base xbox one there should be no reason not to get it done on the Switch if they put in a little work. Even Hogwarts Legacy comes out on switch though i doubt it will be pretty.

Remaster the Legend trilogy for last and current gen consoles, and PC.
Why even remaster at all if it'll be done on last gen consoles as well. Not to mention they're already 3 years outdated by their current gen counterparts and would be even more so by the release of such a remaster.
@@Richard_Bumblebee Since they would be remasters, they shouldnt be that demanding on hardware. Also a lot of people still play on PS4 and Xbone.
This is an incomplete Tomb Raider collection.
It is the ''LARA CROFT'' collection - the LARA CROFT game series isn't considered the ''TOMB RAIDER'' game series - it only includes the 2 ''Lara Croft and...'' games
Not to confuse with Lara Croft Go, which is _another_ spinoff, too
So very confusing as she's the protagonist of all those games, but TR Game Series =/= LR Game Series
So it _is_ accurately and appropriately the Lara Croft Collection, just not the TOMB RAIDER collection.

Tomb Raider 4-6 should get remastered and include all of the expansions and bonus levels and you can switch to the classic graphics.

It has a lot of dark stripes blocking half of the screen most of the time... It's a known issue of the game running on PS5 via compatibility of the PS4 version.

Tomb Raider 1 ,2 , 3, The Last Revelation PS1 are on PSN for PS3.
Legend & Anniversary, Underworld were released on the PS3 Tomb Raider trilogy disc. All 3 are are available individually for 360.
Tomb Raider 2013 is on PS3, PS4, 360, XB1.
Rise is on 360 PS4, XB1. 360 version lacks the Blood Ties dlc.
Shadow on PS4, XB1.
Lara Croft: Guardian of Light & Temple of Osiris are co-op games that can be played solo.
And they do have additional challenges.

Also, I don't want Crystal Dynamics to remake Angel of Darkness. That game would be ruined if they touched it. But if that was on the table then they'd need Murti Schofield back
