if you use your fog lights continuously all the time while riding, then yes it will affect the battery life for sure.
plus it will affect the charging circuit too.
but if you use it wisely, i.e. absolutely when needed, it will not affect any thing soon.

By the way, I have been using Fog lights on my 2019 Dominar 400 and battery lasted 4 years 11 months.
my apache too has fog lamps and battery is still stock on 2021 model
