  • In this new video we are going to teach you how to make a device with which we can produce our own BioGas in a very easy way. For this we will need a few materials that are very easy to obtain and we will use organic waste to produce high purity gas with a high calorific demand.
In just 2 weeks we will have free gas to cook and heat our house.
This free Gas generator is known by very few people. We think that by showing these inventions in our videos we can change the world. If you want to see more interesting videos, please visit our channel and you can free yourself from the oppression of big energy companies.
We have named this project "Liberty BioGas"

For those wondering how long this type of system will produce gas to burn, it has an end point depending on what you use it for, until it can restart the gas process again. However you can get what is called a bladder that fills up with the gas over a period of time and you can have multiple barrels or use something bigger. Many hog farms have methane plants on site to produce all the power they need for lighting and heat but dangers come with gas volume. It works but it will need maintained but it’s free energy!

I remember a TV news show from the 70s of a man in France that collected gas from his compost pile. Yard cuttings, table scraps, etc. went into a circular masonry or concrete compost container. The top was capped and a valve in the center of the top. As gas developed it went out the vent into tire inner tubes for storage, any rubber bladder will do.
He used the gas to power an old car he used for the weekly trip into town for groceries.

Need to install a "check valve" (one way valve) after the ball valve (open/close valve) to stop any air get into the tank, mixing oxygen with methane is very dangerous.
It is also a good idea to install a pressure gauge to indicate the pressure inside the tank, it implies how much gas is in the tank.

I helped them completely cut them off; mobile RV repair came out and engaged the slide back. I decided afterwards to stay away from a slide topper. when there is gas there is some positive pressure. When no more gas is coming out there is no gas to explode. Flashback arrestors are needed for situations where fuel remains in storage while being discharged such as Oxy/Act torches. Where there is risk of pushing the ignition into the supply line. Don't see the risk in this case.

That's such a fascinating and resourceful topic! Turning garbage into free gas, like butane or propane, is an innovative way to recycle and harness energy. It's amazing how science and technology can provide sustainable solutions by converting waste materials into useful resources. This kind of approach not only helps in waste management but also in reducing our carbon footprint. It's inspiring to see how we can create energy self-sufficiency and promote environmental sustainability. Keep exploring such interesting subjects! 🌍💡🔋

A digester of this size will produce about an hour or so of regulated gas to a burner/water heater or something similar. If built correctly that would be per day of gas with continuing to add food waste or any other organic material at a 50/50 mixture. So an hour of gas per day per 55 gallon drum or so is a decent rule of thumb.

I can’t say for this set-up, but many people use similar systems to supply gas to a countertop burner in their kitchen. There are videos on it here on YT.
The commercial biogas systems (like HomeBiogas) can be connected to a small one burner cooktop, with their smaller, backyard version making about 2 hours of cooking gas use per day (depends on the sun, or how much waste you just put in, etc.). Bigger ones can make more gas, obviously.

Make a bigger one out of a pool with a floating resovoir in it. As it fills with gas the resovoir rises out of the water. Feed with a slurry of manure sawdust and biodegradable waste. You can store the gas in a propane tank with a compressor and dryer to clean it up.

BioGas is not typically used for cooking, should use it for heating

Amazing, I'm always looking for ways to produce alternative sustainable energy. We have chickens and typically just dump the manure. I'm going to play with this technology. Would love to try to compress. Thanks for sharing.

Be careful, this is dangerous. This should be close to a last resort for gas energy.

@@aaronburdon221 Last resort is extreme, more so very economical depending on your situation, you just need to make sure you know what you are doing.

I remember a mimeograph booklet in my local library in the early 80s from south Africa about doing this very thing. They explained it was used at hog farms. When i saw Beyond thunder dome i knew how they powered barter town

Putting fine steal wool (yes scourers) inline from the gas outlet will remove the sulfur smell from the methane. But drain out the gas hose condensed water regularly to reduce rusting. The tire collector is a great idea. Put a weight on it to change the pressure. Cow and horse poo are also excellent because semidigested. Human poo is just not very effective because of out incredibly long intestine. Better to save your urine for a fuel cell :p

    Is the gas explosive?

  • @redneckhippy2020

Needs a feeding tube. Needs a drain tap to drain the affluent (a near perfect fertilizer) created, making room for more feed to be added. Gas can be tubed to storage balloons, which can increase/stabilize pressure and allow for greater storage. Best to investigate a filter, as the gas tends to have high sulphur content and can jam up the equipment being used.

would this just work with old food scraps like chicken bones etc? as the breakdown would produce methane
