Being jain monk is not easy they leave everything family money everything they walk everywhere with out slipper they sleep on floor they ask food home to home not even drinking water after sunset.
All 24 tritankaras of jain where kings who left everything and become monk..not having affection on money people etc...
And yeah this is running from 1000 of years....and this is pure religion everything depends on there interest
I am jain and I know what Jain's are doing ..what jain dharam says..we don't even kill an ant..cos even it has life .. being jain we follow many things..and even 90% Jain's are educated.... having everything money family home wealth..even though we know that what is temporary and what is permanent what u do is permanent what u earn is just to lead life
