Day 1 of spring season, travelling on a Grey and overcast April Monday 2024 after a very wet winter cruising the Canals plus it's arms / branchlines we cruise at a snails pace (it is quicker to walk the distance) on the golden waters of the British canal system
This episode I navigate from Cosgrove, Northamptonshire to Grafton Regis, Northamptonshire which is about 6 miles of rural countryside and small villages along with the over grown towpaths and overhanging tree lined stretches.

The ups and the downs no holds barred is the philosophy of the channel if it happens it happens on camera and cameras do not lie or do they.
I intend to show the condition of the infastructure as much as everything else ie:the reality of cruising the cut in the 21st century
The state of towpaths in town or country , condition of locks and landings plus shallow pounds plus whatever I come across as I crawl the system @ slower than a snails pace
Main video coverage is via bow mounted HD camera but other footages will be added when there is reason to show what it contains ie: on board cctv systems.
This is a lifestyle choise channel or an insight into a personal life with just general boaty bits of narrowboating on a budget included when needed.
I will try to give a true representation of canal time and boat life as it is with no fancy voice overs or enhancing the facts because it is not all roses there are also the thorns to deal with too.
