When I was young I was an atheist, then as I age I became attached naturally to the idea that am entangled with the cosmic consciousness and developed a relation with divine design/divine purpose. This relation showed me the path and never looked back.

It's hard to know the solution over the internet. That is why it's highly recommended to find a teacher. They can see how you are imprisoning yourself. As Jerry said, realizing the sameness of all phenomenon is exactly how the great equanimity is found.

I found myself very judgemental before and someone made me aware of this. So, I started to investigate and found that my judgement system was built on my belief that people should appear or be in a certain way. I found a key is also to get into observation and not to remain into mental analysis exclusively. Observe how judgement takes place. I personally found in myself that the root poisons were a large source of judgement. To me, grasping is especially powerful. I also found that observation was an unavoidable step to take. Taking a piece of something, separating it from the whole. But going back to your own nature will reinsert the piece back into the jigsaw. Observe how. I am certain that as soon as anyone has a true interest and observation in the process of judgement, they will find meaningful answers.
For me the difficult part is "knowing that I am full of compassion", that is, the part you know ;)) your comment helped me too, and so I hope byybthis to bring something to you too. This teacher is really good. I am looking forward to listening to him more ;))

Judgement is not bad we judge all the time. It helps us make better choices and decisions.

@@hellboundtruck123 Yes, nothing is bad I suppose. But when I judge people because of a certain feature, it can make my life more complicated. I have noted in the practice that when resting in the basic nature, strangely, there is no more judgement and the projections of my ego return and dissolve to where they came from ;))

And so, the teaching - - around the time marking you refer to - - (if i'm correct on this) is that many (or some) of us don't believe that we have basic innate goodness. Rinpoche did not believe this about himself either, when he was a child first learning this teaching from his father. But the Truth is that WE DO, ALL have basic, innate goodness. YAY ! ! ! It is the core of who we are. Meditation helps us to access that. Helps us to see beyond the mud, to the lotus.
