    Fantastic topic! Glad you are sharing topics like this for everyone to take notice of. More stores should carry in season produce only. Have signs telling what is in season. Purchasing for me from local farmers are the ultimate goal. We appreciate you coach Rob!

    Coach Robb what do you think about the bun to creatinine ratio to determine if you are hydrated at a cell level??
