The Kremlin released video of Putin welcoming the girl, Raisat Akipova, in the latest of a series of appearances since the Wagner mutiny occurred last month.

@@fugia3444 no sane person would liken the way Muslims, Catholics, Buddhists and other minorities are treated in Russia today to what Israel is doing (with America's unconditional support) to the people of Gaza. If Israel had granted the Palestinians citizenship and local autonomy like the Russians gave to their minorities they wouldn't be in this mess... of course then they also would be completely different people. Bad people don't do good things because it isn't in their nature.
