- Star Wars Restaurant In Chile Santiago, Called Nowas Cantina. Nowas Cantina is a themed restaurant in Santiago, Chile, inspired by the Star Wars universe. The venue features a detailed intergalactic setting, with dim lighting, rock-like walls, and thematic decor reminiscent of Star Wars locations. The bar is named after a fictional character, Nowas, a 248-year-old Wookiee who retired from interstellar battles to open this unique establishment.

Ace! Are you going to Cerro San Cristobal or Cerro Santa Lucia? Both hills are interesting on their own, but San Cristobal has the Foster Observatory you can visit during weekends and u can also go up in a cable car 🚡

@@ACEDTVL I missed it. Man, that place is magic, love it when the force aligns (pun intended) and all the right people come together to create a place like this.
It is not licensed but management got people from the Disney legal team to check the place out, basically as long as there is nothing that mentions "Star Wars" somewhere on the venue itself or they don't claim to be officially representing Disney in any way, then they're good to go, basically Disney probably categorized this as a fan project which would fall under the umbrella of "fair use" so management made sure to comply with Disney rules to keep their project running, which is why the venue is called "Nowas" bar/cantine and not "Star Wars" bar/cantine.
