Rajat i must say you got this really well. I have GM-D9705 configured to output at 4ohm/channel but setting gain was issue at beginning which I was able fix it after good research. Lot of us may not have time to do the same. You said right, one should always start from headunit with all tunning to 0 and then start working on endpoints which is amp. I appreciate your time and efforts.

Every thing is correct what you are doing to set gain using ears but use one amplifier to power your dvc woofer and use 4 gauge wire from battery to your amp and set gain while engine runing at idle and similarly use 8 gauge wire from battery to your 2nd amp to power up set of components and 6x9s this way its easy to set gains and no chances of burning voice coil just get neet wirings done another suggestion is to keep your amp under front seats it will reduce resistance and power draw will be smooth and easier for amp less heat they will genrate.
Avoid using couplers for speaker to connect and disconnect
Use a good quality high low converter in stock head unit and connect through coaxial interface from head unit to amp belive me it will make huge lot of difference in quality of sound.
high low converters are bad i have used them (kenwood) ....high level input is best, he has done right...but reaching you maximum power of headunit would do with using good quality crossovers for the door speakers. rest the wiring is at its best, no need for two wires from battery, and amp placement is best at the back because some idiot jerk could spill water in car while drinking, leading to dead amps, i have two 12" dvc installed in my honda jazz with fabricated sub box , if you wish to see that i can upload the video

40hrtz.. .. but i think for sealed box 50hrtz will work

Thanks a lot for this informational video. I have Creta 2020 and installed hertz components in front and hertz coaxial speakers in rear doors and connected with sony 4 channel amplifier. But i get humming sound with the accelerator. It is after driving the car for around half an hour. Any idea how to get rid of this issue?

Brother i haven't used sony ., but pioneer 6704 i am using for a very long period now .. and i would say clarity and vocals with pioneer components are excellent.

yeah i think he has shown it, the high level inputs are from headunit's speaker output, because oem doesnot have RC connections

I have a below mentioned setup in my Ciaz car:
Head Unit :: (Same Maruti OEM head unit as shown in your video in your Baleno car).
Converter Box used for RCA output :: JBL 4 CHANNEL RCA converter.
Amplifier :: Infinity Primus 6004A (4 channel 60 watts rms x 4)
Speakers :: 2 pair of Infinity Reference 6520CX Component speakers setup in all 4 doors.
Can you please help me with proper amplifier settings so as to get the best output from my speakers.
Note: Also in all 4 speakers the crossover is set to 0 db.(we have a switch in Crossover for 0 and 3db.. this switch in Crossover is set to 0 db in all 4 speakers).

Hi Rajat. Need a help.. i already have setup installed.. and in my amp high level inputs have terminal conmector in which speaker wires can be connected directly without any additional socket. Should i simply put the wire in those socket or do i need to make additional change from my head unit
Yes you can directory connect speaker writers .. if you are sure that they are high level inputs. Do remember to match positive and negative wire of speakers from head unit with inputs

Rajat bhai i installed avatar components and ds18 amp, tweeters ate making a slight amount of noise at a constant pace, and whenever i plug in my atmosphere lyts it makes more noise, installer say that a slight sound is normal from tweeters and we dont recomment atmosphere lights with amplifier, ; please help
There are allot of things to check .. first make sure your amplifier ground connection is prefect .. scrap metal at the joint and reconnect ..
Second if you are using rc cables then shield them with black tape .. like i did in my another video . you can find it in my channel.
Third make sure power wires and rc wires are not mounted together in your car. They should be running from different sides .. like power from left and rc from right side of car.
