Whilst I see what you're getting at, that's not necessarily true. It rather depends upon the type of drug. In this instance, given we're talking about meth, I think you're right - it's highly unlikely he only uses it once a month. However, there are plenty of people who use hard drugs like MDMA, for example, infrequently. Not all drugs are highly addictive.

They ended up withdrawing their plea deal, and ultimately this lawyer was able to get Judge Boyd recused from that case and they ending up with another judge who gave his defendant the deal they had previously negotiated. So whenever this particular lawyer is in front of Judge Boyd, it's all business. No smiles, no banter, no jokes. Just serious business.

@@phoenixlee7949 ..... I know what you mean... Thankfully I never got addicted to meth, however I did try it once over 20 years ago.... I snorted a big line thinking it was like cocaine and it had me up and awake for almost 96 straight hours... I swore then and there to NEVER touch it again. I was using cocaine back then also and thought meth and coke were similar. Thankfully, I was able to achieve sobriety finally after going through the in patient drug treatment program at the Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital called CAT-5. I have over 7 years completely clean now.
