#lawnmowing #lawncare #lawnmower - Jak na to + styl
A friend of mine keeps trying to get me to buy a 6.5x12 trailer. And I keep telling him, I'm just getting started up I don't need anything that big, I don't need a 54 inch mower. His response, man! What if you want to haul a side by side, (I don't own a side by side, I don't want a side by side. I'm gonna do what I want to do. He's not paying for it, I am.
Don't let anyone control your business or your money, only you know what you want and need!
It's very cool to see people who love what they do, share information and inspire others to do the same. Great video, Thanks💯
So nice of you
I still use a toro timecutter 42 and a 50 inch. Both have allowed my wife to retire and I’m able to help out my parents. Can’t complain about that non-commercial equipment.
💯💪🏾
I've seen you do this property before on one of your other videos and thank you for always taking your time out of the day to reply to my comment
My pleasure!
The lawns are looking really good Johnny ✨👌🏾
Thankyou for the inspiration I love your videos you inspired me to start my lawn care buisness brand new this year I'm using dewalt 20v and 60v and dewalt gas equipment
That is awesome!
Great video Johnny. Really nice crisp finish to the property. Many thanks for sharing with us 👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
Enjoyed your video and the wisdom and knowledge. Learned much. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love your videos. I learn so much, and great entertainment 👍👍👍
Awesome, thank you!
I started with a 1200 dollar jd lawn tractor lol. Cant believe what i have accomplished. With proper employees i would be way larger. Love the vid as always bud. Hope u have a great season
That is awesome, wishing you the best as well, thanks!!
Half of my stuff is residential and half commercial.
You don't have to use commercial equipment, especially if it's stuff you don't use on a daily or weekly basis. Use what you can afford, especially starting out.
Another one! Great insight. Simple, clean and done!!!
Much appreciated!
I respect you, your business and skills say so much about you. Thanks for all you gems of wisdom in the lawncare business.
i got the 60v DeWalt last year did not use it much only having 2 battery's and no way to charge on the go but this year i got 3 more battery's and the blower also a Eco flow power bank . might make videos showing how it holds up over the summer to show how your can use homeowner tools to get the job done
You know i have reinvested alot of the money I've made into stihl equipment this year... I used your suggestion of the Your Mower my labor method for the past 2 years and it has really payed off... I'm almost to the point where I can get a truck and trailer but it just takes time... I have 3 more yards already this year than I had last year and a few other spots open and you had a huge part in encouraging me to do that POP SMOKE... 👊
Great to hear!
Say it again Papa Smoke💯💪🏾
I have the same leaf blower and my yard is pretty big
How all That garden would look like if you dont do them for 3 months i so love the weekly idea 😮😊 i really like the separate gardens very nice to
Sweet video bro.
Love my ZMaster
That’s pretty much my setup as far as mowers….only difference is brand…I gotta Deere z915 and QuikTrak 652R…great commercial equipment…keep up the great content my brother.🤝🏾🤝🏾🤝🏾
Thanks 👍
Very nice and tightly clean up. You are right to use residential power tools and mowers because they save you a ton of 💰💰💰. I know you are in your own working, but lock up your gear. The other day I was watching AL Bladez channel and he got robbed for a sting trimmer. Lock it up my Brother, we can’t trust nobody nowhere.
Enjoy your Sunday in the shop cleaning up and getting ready for the upcoming week. Travel Safe and 💨💨💨
Thanks 👍
Do you prefer the sit down machines or the stand ups? I currently have normal ztr but am interested in the stand on units? Thanks!
Damn money must be good in lawn mowing far out!
It’s all Toro awesome
I started with a craftsman equipment that one of my actual customer call me to do her yard and we and ended exchange my service for her equipment. Slowly I’m growing but I put everything in God hands. God bless!
That is awesome!
Still looking good man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What type of camera you recording with and where is it mounted
I started with home equipment .
I have been using worx battery tools for 5-6 years now. They have held up well.
Wait until you get your hands on some pro battery stuff, it will blow your mind!
How long did a battery last before you had to buy a new one?
@HiddenZero J , I've been doing this for about 6 yrs. All of my battery equipment is the Echo brand. It kicks but just like commercial. I have 4 batteries and they all finally quit on me last season. I tried to replace them all last season and found out that Echo has made new batteries that don't fit my old Echo equipment. So in order for me to go back with Echo, I either have to buy all of their new equipment again or take the chance on buying a refurbished battery online. The refurbished batteries are $300, and I'm scared to take the chance without knowing how long it's gonna last. I've gotta make my decision pretty soon, though.
I just made a video showing you don't need all the commercial equipment to start with. You just need drive and determination💯
I will check it out
Question for anyone need to grow my business need to find a box truck can anyone tell me where I can find a used box trucks I'm located in Georgia a great video and you did a great cutting job
How are you liking the battery equipment vs gas? Thanks for all the great content and advice!
I love it! Been using it for two straight years exclusively
Can’t wait to get the edger attachment added on the flex force…I don’t do much edging so it be a nice fit and a time save hoping off just hitting the button 💯✂️
if you do a lot of yards with a 36in go get the wright 36 standard intensity. its much better than toro's 36. it weighs less and it has a 19hp kawasaki engine compared to toro's 15hp.
edit. i see you got the darwin grip! i love that thing!
Thanks for the tip
how to do you get that camrea angle when mowing
Johnny, how long have you been in business? You seem to have a good setup and plenty of customer base. Whatever you’re doing for marketing definitely seems to work. I’m going into my second year and hoping to gain a few more customers.
I have a lot of good tips and tricks on my channel, there's no one thing that you can do to be successful it's a culmination of task that amounts to one goal, and I've been doing this for 12 years after retiring from the USARMY
@@Bladesofgrasslawncare thank you for your service! My son is USAF!
Just a question do u have a media release form for your clients? I'm sure they wouldn't really care but some people can be douches. It be a good idea to find one online easy n have them sign. Keep up stellar work broski
Im curious how much you charge for this one , i’m living in Uk,many thanks
Hi, Johnny
Super nice job pure dedication,
How high you mow st. Augustine grass?

Look like u mowed that at around 2.25-2.5 inches
Sorry wrong comment 😮
Hololooooooo 🇿🇦
Cmon you all slacking because you do need money and pro equipment to start a landscape business and some of you saying you already had mowers and stuff, let tell not all have that luxury and I mean a lot. None commercial equipment don’t last long even for residential unless you want your equipment breaking every time which contributes to wasting time, money and business.
We started using Toro SS5000 zero turns (mind you, we actually started out with a Cub Cadet tractor mowing about 5+ acres and a Troy Bilt push mower) and Husqvarna 223Ls lol
We put about 1500 hours on the Toros before one hydro usually went out. You can absolutely make money and by then you have enough money to scale up. It's a bad business plan to try and grab a $70,000 truck, $10,000 mower, $400 trimmer and $600 blower if you don't need it. Well, some things you do need to spend the money like on blowers but you can definitely get by starting out with entry level consumer or commercial equipment. We now run 2 commercial machines and 2 consumer/high end consumer machines and they all compare pretty well and don't really differ in quality. They obviously differ in "build" like comfort and power but it's not that different. As long as you maintain your equipment, it's all stuff you can use to start a business.
That's not much I make way more on one customer and I always get told I'm under charging by a lot
Good for you
You run a professional business from the clothes you where your truck to the job you do ,That why your successful .👍👍
Thanks 👍
Well done 🫡👌🏻
Thank you!
