It doesn't matter if you don't have a frontal camera lens on your phone, the tips in this video on how to take the perfect selfie will work for all cameras. This day in age, having a good profile picture can be seen as being just as important as having a good driver's license photo! With potential employers reviewing social media accounts before hiring, how you present yourself is crucial! Think of a good selfie to how a head shot is for an actor/actress. The only difference is that with a selfie, you're in control! Capture the best version of yourself with a few easy tips that I'm going to demonstrate!

Actually the mirror is flipped so that's what you see but the camera is what everyone else sees.
+Angelie Smith the good news is that you like how you look in a mirror better than photos because you are used to that version of yourself. But since everyone else is used to the real version (flipped the correct way) they would be less attracted to the mirror version of you because they aren't used to it. We like what we are used to!
Stop saying:"I'm not beautiful, so I can't take selfies". Everyone is beautiful, in their own way. Just relax and smile to the camera:)

I know its late but...if you feel like you look sad in every way, you'll get something even worse than a bad angle, you'll get a sad life, a deppressed one, fill with anguish but if you have a great smile with meaning, those angles dont matter :) im probably taking this too seriously~

Selfie photos are becoming more and more popular, and now that a lot of employers are filtering potential employees by looking at their social media, a good seflie is becoming as important as a good head shot :) You can only have 1 good first impression!

You need an app called afterlight. 1. It can flip the photo back. 2. It has white borders (You can also get an app called squaready for that) that make the pictures square. 3. It has really good filters that you can now mix up.

Another life changing tip for taking selfies or just photos in general is to take a pic while smiling with teeth and without teeth....for the longest time I thought I didn't look good smiling with teeth....turns out I look nicer with a smile with a little of teeth showing:) and It might be the opposite for other people....just try it and see how u like to smile!
