This, this is how you scale. Sick of hearing/seeing people talk about how to ''sell yourself properly on a cold call'', salesman cold call, agency owners and consultants do not. I also find that referral systems often do well with clients, but your way of prospecting new clients is a serious game changer, i'm surprised you even gave away your funnel for free hahah. Thank you bro! Yeah, it's the mentality between cold calling. I'm just not a fan of the buyer/seller dynamic. I want to hedge the bets in my favour as much as possible. If you feel like you're ready to release a course then i'd say go for it! A full social media mastery course would be good, because most courses out now on smm are honestly sub par, so i think to separate yourself you'd have to put in some info that can't be found anywhere else haha

Mcdonald's started by door to door sales, if someone from mcdonalds came to sell to your door today you'd laugh. It's all where you're at in your business journey, there isn't 1 right way to do things. You can laugh at a little kid for riding a tiny bike and say yeah I used to do that too but now I have a motorcycle I think that way of getting around is just so inefficient. It takes time, you have to go through the stages. but then again, you have to upsell too :P Good stuff nontheless
Wonder why he doesn't teach this is 6FSMMA? I got a ton of value from the sales section of the course but I wish that these strategies were displayed. Although maybe he decided that this wasn't the best way in the long run🤷🏻♂️😄

None of the above. He is using his funnel to get potential leads to turn into customers. I think back then, he’d audit and coach people and company teams on their marketing. Very smart man!

Hey Stephen I think that if you’re just starting out you have to prospect i.e cold emailing, cold calling, walking into the business, etc. At the same time I’d recommend investing into seo and creating content for your business so that 6 months down the road you’ll have inbound leads coming in

I use a lot of VA's in my agency, however it is important to know how to do the work yourself before you hire. Once you know it and have it mastered then you can hire and just oversee.
