A friend and I go out mulie hunting and camp with a wall tent and stove.We have taken some real nice bucks in late November.Sometimes very cold.The deer we take are sometimes froze by the time we get them to camp the next day.Always a good time. Keep up the good work.

@@highbchunting Unfortunately only got out once, saw a couple mature bucks but couldn’t get set up on them. Hopefully this year is better, I’m considering moving up to the cariboo area this summer, that would make getting out easier for sure. Love yer videos buddy, keep it up.

The amount of self doubt a person has through the season just doesn't stop! I am really grateful it worked out this time. I have been working hard on the edit but it still seems all over the place.... I'm going to keep grinding until it gets better. Appreciate the support big time!
Awesome buck ! great hunt and season. I'm on Vancouver Island we are out every weekend here as well hunting hard. I didn't make it to the mainland this year but can't wait to get over there next year. last time I hunted the mainland was back in 2003, it was my last trip with my dad before he passed.
Thanks for watching! I hope you had some success on the island. I lived on the Island for 10 years and had a ton of fun chasing blacktails and black bears! I was never lucky enough to get the elk draw. I lost my dad 5 years ago too so I understand the loss. Good luck out there this year!

I really like that you can see the value in the hunts that don’t have a kill. It’s about so much more to me. I am trying so hard to tell a better story but it’s so challenging!
@huntingbritishcolumbia hey man can't always win !!! Where is the fun in that? It teaches you patience and you will value your harvest so much more I enjoy your hunts good sense of humor and respectful to the animals and nature at least that's what I see I'd love to go hunting with you !

Cool unique buck! Might be short on your 150 goal but so hard to tell on film. He's got some cool character! Heavy bladed G4 and those wicked brows! I'd shoot that buck all day! Put a tape on him and let us know!
I taped him out twice and he scored 164. I took my time a tried to be extra my accurate. The footage doesn’t do him justice. I appreciate you watching and dropping a comment. He defiantly is a great character buck and my best to date :)
