Who's the man? YOU! YOU the man. I just bought a used 3rd gen CR-V and i love how easy honda made it to service these things, especially coolant change. Thanks for the video.

You didn't "flush" the brake fluid. All you did was empty the reservoir and refill. Flushing means you open all four brake bleeders on all four wheels and flush out the gunky old fluid. And technically it also means using an OBD II computer to force the ABS solenoids open so you can flush out that circuit as well.

That was a little 2 quick. Great video but missed a few essentials. 1. Blake fluid flush: The lines and the calipers also need to be drained. Its really not that difficult to skip this step. 2. Coolant drain I believe you need to open the heater core before you start to drain and also draining the reservoir fluid. Coolant fill kit is much better way to do it than an empty half bottle, less mess and much cleaner overall. 3. Transmission and rear differential flush both drain and fill plugs holes must be cleaned to remove excess oil prior to plug install 4. All plugs should be torques to factory specification using a torque wrench. Its good you replaced all crush washers, most youtube videos reuse them and I am guilty of it as well. But overall a good job on the video.

Any real mechanic doesn't need a stupid torque wrench to retighten a simple drain or fill plug. It's not a cylinder head bolt, chief.

Nice job, on the rear end I never pull the drain plug out until I get the fill plug out first. Ask me how I know😂

Good vid! The only thing I would add is when draining any fluids make sure that the fill is ready to accept the new fluid. Meaning - make sure you can get the fill plug out for the diff (first) before you drain it. Because if you can't get it out????

Great job on the video! It is okay just to replace the reservoir break fluid? When would you charge all the fluid?
