- Here's my voice impression of Hayden Christensen if he were to voice Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. I figured the scene where Anakin meets Ahsoka Tano for the first time would be especially fitting for this purpose. Hope you enjoy!

This is a small request but, would you ever try dubbing Anakin's voice as Vader in A New Hope? Like what if Vader's voice wasn't James Earl Jones, and it's just Hayden, like his throat wasn't burned

I definitely prefer Matt lanter, he might sound different from hayden but he gives his own take on the character while still staying true to it which I respect. This was an awesome impression though

@@eiden5778 I prefer Lanter’s to Lucas’s too. Hayden’s natural voice is closer to Lanter’s now than Lucas’s and that voice would fit exactly how Anakin should be in the clone wars. I never really liked Lucas’s that much. Him trying to sound like Hayden doesn’t make him better, in my opinion.

I highly doubt that Hayden would use his weird Prequel voice though. He was going for an Anakin that was believable that he would turn into JEJ, so he spoke a lot slower and put more annunciation into some of his words. He’s Canadian and Matt is American but Hayden’s real voice sounds closer to Matt Lanter and I have a feeling he would use that voice from now on.

Personally I would prefer it if you combined the 2. The voice of Hayden but with emotion and care like Anakins VA.
What little we got of Haydens voice with good dialogue in Kenobi is what I am looking for.
You did an amazing job. But I am not a fan of Anakins voice, dialogue or really much else from AOC. I mostly blame George.

I was lowkey upset as a kid when the clone wars voice was so different to Hayden, now i understand the change HAHHA jk ofc nothing to do with your impression which i think is spot on btw. When I first watched the clone wars I really didnt like Matt lanters voice this obvioucly changed very quickly but now after Obi wan released and im watching all the interviews and behind the scenes I've realise dthat matt lanter's anakin's voice is so close to Hayden's real voice over his anakin voice????

If this was remade in Live Action, this would be amazing, Anakin still feels a bit dead, but I guess that's how the dialogue in the prequels was, coming from AOTC Anakin

All edits of Hayden’s voice for Anakin has a good voice but sounds so monotone.
In the movies, and even in Clone Wars (2003) Anakin (voiced by Matt Lucas, just including him) has more emotion in his voice.
You did good job besides what I talked about.
Something interesting to note. Hayden Christensens natural speaking voice is actually very deep similar to Matthew Lanters. Lucas wanted his voice to be higher pitched for the movies.
To be fair doesn’t really translate well as the emotion in scenes isn’t the same from original sound snippet…
Hayden actually did a great job in tho movies, remember his diction & pronunciation had to match Vaders as obviously he was the same person you don’t change your use of language & how you speak aside from Stoppages with Vaders breathing equipment, Hayden followed George Lucas instructions to the letter & when you watch it back with that in mind he nails the character 100%
Taylor Lautner does a great job as well for the animation version because it needs to be more upbeat, not a brooding decline in a conflicted human like Hayden had to.
Matt Lanter voiced Anakin in the Clone Wars, not Taylor Lautner. But yes Hayden was perfect!

Hayden Christensen just wouldn't work in animation. Haydens voice really only fits with his own body in live action. I also hated the voice for anakin in 2003 clone wars. It always just sounded weird with how anakin looked. Matt Lanter is the perfect anakin for animation.

My God HAHAHAHAH so this is what you hear?!?!?! 😂😂😂 for me he sounds super weird. You know it's a really good thing to have spanish as my native language. I wacthed all star wars in spanish, and all the voices are the same, from the movies, to the clone wars, to every animated show, to every new show they are releasing. I watch all these videos in english basically just because almost every edit is in english, every crack, every analysis, every scene, like everything!!! Also it's not very easy to distinguish between two different tone voices from a language that is not your native language, like the difference of their nuances let's say, like oh! this is this person's voice, or the other. But with this I can definitely say this is not the voice of the anakin that i've heard on tcw. He sounds weird, from hearing thousands of edits of the clone wars in english and now this, hahahaha 😂 its just super funny
Haha well this is not exactly what we hear in the English version, as it’s just my voice impression, but I tried to get close. I feel like my other videos may be more accurate to how Hayden Christensen actually sounds. Anyway, you should watch the prequels in English for fun to get the full experience!

Nothing against Matt Lanter, but he does NOT suit Anakin. He sounds too much like a Disney prince or something.
