They ruined the 2017 edition with the DNR and the green tint, Terminator 2 is not the Matrix, its original color palette was always warm tones during the day and bluish tones in night scenes.
There is no edition that convinces me 100%, I think the most redeemable is the Lionsgate 2015, at least without being perfect, it preserves the original grain and colors.

The 2015 blu-ray comes from the same 1080/24p scan which was done for the 2003 Extreme DVD restoration. That scan, state of the art for the time, is the source used for all pre 2017 HD releases, including the 2009 "Skynet Edition". Though it shows its age, the better AVC compression and removal of DNR the 2015 blu-ray represents the best available rendering of that master. That iconic thumbs up shot has been ruined in 2017 versions, if none of the other shots do not drive the message home! What have they done?! Why did they do it?! What unresolved childhood safe space chi-un-centred yoga bollocks of an issue did they have that they would ruin a timeless classic so mercilessly and loveless?! Godless bastards!
Criterion...nay, they are too regal but it would be a damn good blessing if they could... Perhaps Arrow can do proper justice someday soon! James Cameron is similar to that father who doesn't hold his own flesh and blood dear. He needs time off that Avatar realm...bunch of smooth skinned raunchy kinky cat-tailed hissing tall-num-nums prancing around teal-purple meadows and all... He is losing his brilliant eye for detail (or maybe he just needs to check if his glasses have changed power or something). There is always a catch!

For some reason…. I love the way the 4K for T2 looks. I think DNR works for this kind of film.

I like the look of the 2017 Blu Ray. It looks more modern and appealing to me. Like a film that came out in 2010 or something. Dark parts are dark and not lightened. 7:04 looks great. The bluish tint doesn't bother me at all, maybe that's because I have my TV set up correctly. Most people already tend not to keep the color temperature to D65 white point, which makes the picture look even bluer. Try setting your picture to Warm 2 or at least Warm 1.
The 2015 version really does look like an 90s film, you can tell immediately by the lighting. So I think they did a good job editing the image.
Two different styles, but I prefer the newer version -> personal taste ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
