I am growing specifically succulents only in Korea. I also do graft my succulents to make more unique and rare succulents and it's very worthy and great for investment.
Very interesting to see how you graft the cactus and I may extend my interest in succulent and plant to cactus as well to see your video.
Anyway succulents and cactus are close friends! Love your video and thank you for sharing the techniques! 💖 💖

I have a moon cactus and the pink top part is all I have left and it isn’t doing good can I cut the bottom off and do what you did and add it to the top of a regular cactus OR can I take the smaller balls off of the sides and save them some how adding them to another cactus like you’ve done?.
yes you can remove the scion and re-graft onto new rootstock OR remove the smaller balls from the scion and graft those onto new rootstock
Very informative video awesome

can i graft a very old 400mm Gymnocalycium genus to the top of a ""cereus repandus"Peruvian apple cactus" with a rootstock size off about 200mm"" is it worth the risk of killing the Gymnocalycium genus ,how likely is this to work. or would it be too top heavy THANKS
Very nice ides thanku
Nice.
Those babies have grown into beautiful plants😍😍
Thanks for sharing! what stock u can use for grafting?
good
Graft the moon cactuses on the side stems to eventually end up with a bouquet
Wow
This looks so cool! I have a question though. Whats the purpose of grafting cacti? Is it for aesthetic reasons, or for propagation purposes, or?
Thank you! This process is necessary for colored cacti. For example, a completely red cactus can not have ordinary roots. Therefore, it is grafted.
Think of it like quartering. Colored cacti cant grow roots, so they "borrow" a regular cacti's roots to develop. Most cacti you see with colored tops and a normal bottom are grafted.
Понравилось ваше видео!👍
Спасибо!
Hi, Im reading as much as I can to learn this technique... But what I havent been able to find why the one as moon cactus (pink, yellow, red) is that natural as the color? , also I know that cant be it their own needs to be grafted but where do you get them from before grafting, How do they turned this colors
beatiful
Why need to trim out the side shoot of the rootstock? And how frequent do i need to water moonflower after grafted on rootstock?
Wouldn't the side shoots make the cactus healthier? Are you only trimming them off for aesthetics?
No, takes energy away from the graft.
thanks 4 tutorial.
Which month is better to cut. Or new tree
Hi bye the way very good video just one question can you replant the side peace that you cut from the moon cactus ?
yeah can you?
Amazing!!
How many days after grafting the string rubber can be pull out?
about 10 days, carefully remove
Great. Love the way u do. Subscribed your channel.
Definitely, a (moving) picture paints 1000 words. To the nay sayers I say 'turn off your speakers'

WOW. GRAFT A CACTUS IS VERY GOOD. LIKE & SUBS. THANK YOU
Que ocupaste como porta injerto de los 3 primeros injertos q hiciste?
Echinopsis pachanoi
i have a large "cereus repandus" if i cut the top off there would be a space at least 200mm can i multigraft several scions like maybe 6 to this one space of all different color scions thanks (edit should i use some type of glue and what type and can i graft a scion to the top of another scion, also when i buy the already grafted rootstock and scion can i graft that rootstock straight to the "cereus repandus" rootstock will this work better. I think it's called nurse grafting)
Thanks!
Ngl, I laughed a bit at the ten days look, they looked like balls. 😂😂😂
Lol
@@AzFloraENG how long do we keep the rubber band??
What will happen if we don’t cut side shoots from the root stock? Why did you said it’s a problem, side shoots were looking good to me.
I'm pretty sure it's because it will continue growing the side shoot and not the grafted part.
because the rootstock has to put all its energy into supporting the scion. If the rootstock has side shoots, it is supporting those too, which takes away from the scion. Best to remove.
Can you use any stock cactus for grafting or are there only specific ones that are recommended.¿
What do you do with those side shoots? Can they be repotted?
yup, they can. But first let it dry for 1-2 days to form calus(or whatever it called)
Why are the offshoots a "problem"? I thought they were beautiful. Did you dry and pot them after?
Your new subscriber.great
👍👍👍
Im going to sub cuz you do good vids
amazing, but hard to watch in the interim (hacking them up)
Dies it change color from itself?
Əllərinizə sağlıq. Fəxr etdim sizinlə. İşlərinizdə daha da uğurlar diləyirəm. Kaktuslardan alardım yerinizi bilsəydim.
hi....how did u put de colour 2 cactus....and wat colours...plz give me reply. ...
When to water after grafting how many days
I hate to say it after watching all these cacti die but this dude is ballsy as fuck grabbing those cacti without any gloves on.
The top cacti have dried and die is Fiona grow again or I have to craft one like this ?
I fail miserable at that last step - slippery cactus to slippery graft - my stretchiest rubber band keeps them sliding!!! I could not for the life of me make it stay!!! Would it be ok just to place it on top and hope for the best? Lol
have you tried cello tape OR putting some cling wrap over and putting rubber band around rootstock?
Cactus top grows or not without base
Why we should cut the side of the cactus
i noticed that you didn't bevel the edges of the scion, so it works without doing this
Có cái nào ăn ĐT mlem
Hi, what is the name of rootstock that you used?
Where can I buy Scion of different colors? And dragon fruit?
Wait, howd you get the red topped cactus to survive? These always die on me?!
In which month we can graft ??
wow beautiful ye plant ki cost Kya hoggi plss baty flower wali
why are side shoots a problem?
is that a blue torch?
this is so weird. some Frankenstein shit, but I couldn't look away. Combinations are now brewing in my head....
0:58 what’s that big thing on top of the cactus?
Pls name the Root stock which you show in vedio.
AzFlora ENG - thank you for a great tutorial, it will really be helpful if you can put the names of the plants used to graft with, I have established that the root stock is a Cereus forbesii but what is the name of the other plant please
That was Gymnocalycium mihanovichii it seems
Where can you get that knife? Thank you, very good video
+Usa Klein It's called an ''exacto'' knife. You can buy it in any hobby shop. His isn't sharp though.
The most important thing for grafting is that your knife is sharp and sterile. Use for example alcohol for sterilising.
A knife I would recommend is ''carbone'' knife (with the e).
awesome vid! can you take those clippings and plant them?
mortal orphan yes :)
ParA que putas hacen eso
