It sounds “relaxing” despite the lyrics and growls bc it’s a Babyface production. He was the king of “quiet storm” r&b. He made a lot of magic with Whitney as well. You always know Babyface music and vocal style when you hear it, no matter who’s singing the song. 🙌🏾
