Instead of the government trying to ban this type of transportation they could've helped them with some schemes where they could buy a vehicle make their living out of it and pay little by little back to the government.
This is just 1 example of many ways they could've helped, but I'm sure no one gives a flying 🦆 about impoverished people.

@@skp7180that's really nice to hear, I forgot to mention in my comment that in no way I'm blaming the current government or anything it's just as a whole I felt bad. My heart just sank a little looking at this uncle's eyes, how he was napping from tiredness and working so hard to support his family. I hope things change for such people living below the poverty line and I can see that the current government is making some progress in that part. Hopefully things will change for the good in the near future.
