I was ready to upgrade to this until I saw there was no >=32GB option. When you are Samsung, and you make the RAM, you are in a unique position to beat your competitors in that area.
The SSD is also basically what's used in their smartphones and is not even close to as fast as some PCIe NVME drives.

Got mine as well. The AI capabilities are largely overblown but the kit itself is a very thin laptop with a great screen, good keyboard at reasonable ports. The X Elite is a good chip and this thing is snappy and you can crank up the speed by going from optimized to performance profile. Once the OS catches up with the AI capabilities, this could really be a wonderful time to be into pc's!

I may look into this to make my samsung eco system complete. I have the Z Fold 5, S8+ Table, Earbuds pro2. I'm still rocking old faithful, my surface pro 4 for a laptop/tablet.
I tested a great ASUS Vivobook that refused to turn on initially like yours. I ended up putting the charger in and walked away and the thing came to life and I heard it talking to me! Supposedly I am getting one of these in the larger screen that was supposed to ship on the 18th - not here yet and no word on what's up. Can't wait to test this to see if it is any good or not. I will be putting it through its paces - they've made bold claims and I'm a bit jaded on it.
What Linux distro does it support?
Is this better or the book 4 pro 360, main things I'm looking at are processors one has the Qualcomm suite with good battery life the other is the intel core ultra 7 , i use mechanical design softwares from time to time, which one is better if price is similar .
Is the S-Pen only given to the 360 models?

Book4 Edge is the best bet! The 14th inch variant like this one is awesome.
Hows the speaker?
The speakers are clear but their not very loud. My XPS 13 plus from 2021 has louder speakers albeit the XPS is known for having spectacular speakers.
Buy the Lenovo Elite X. Better price and build quality.
Samsung has more ecosystem features for people using Samsung phone/tablet. It's the only Windows laptop with such tight integration with Samsung devices.

Tbh, after working with the GalaxyBook2 Pro 360, I would have gone for a Dell or Windows laptop over a Samsung

@@TechOdyssey I'll admit, when I wrote that comment, I was a little upset because of an experience recently trying to play Warframe on the laptop. It just seemed like it should have performed much better. But, after trying it again, it did beautifully.
Personally, one of the beefs I have with Samsung is their software (or more like bloatware) that 1. I don't even use, and 2. Sometimes competes with the OS (e.g. Samsung Settings on a Windows PC). Granted, again, I'm just not part of the ecosystem, so that more of a personal problem.
The other thing is, after that experience, I was comparing it to my college laptop, which was a $500 Dell Inspiron. After replacing the HDD with an SSD on that computer, it performed nearly on-par with the GBP2 for most tasks (granted, it likely couldn't have run Warframe). It seemed the performance on that laptop was more consistent, whereas I feel like I have to have the High Performance setting turned on on the GBP2 in order to get the kind of performance I expect from a $1700 laptop.
@@TechOdyssey One issue I've experienced (it could just be with mine)-the laptop seems to get SUPER hot if the conditions aren't just right. Also, I had constant battery drain issues when I first got the laptop. I had to finally turn off the setting to automatically turn on the computer when the lid is open in order to stop the battery drain.
Just some small inconveniences.

I got my 16" version yesterday, was looking at maybe a change from my MacBook. The speakers were laughable on this, nobody seems to pay attention to the audio like Apple do, its incredibly annoying. I use my laptop for media a lot so its just a no go, not paying this much for a laptop and then relying on headphones 😆
