Taipei Metro ridership falls after the announcement of Level 3 COVID-19 Alert. In the past, large amount of passengers could be seen on platforms and trains at late Friday night. It's nearly empty now as you can see in this video. You can even stand in the last car and see through all the cars to the first car in the train.
