- The best cookies I have ever eaten! You can't stop at one- i bet! Also, the perfect brookie texture and cracks on the surface without eggs- wow!
Ingredients:
Milk- 3 tbsp
Vinegar - ½ tbsp
Chopped dark chocolate - ¾ cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Brown sugar or castor sugar - ¼ cup
Maida- 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Baking powder - ¾ tsp
Bake in a pre heated 180 degree oven for 13-15 minutes.
