Quick Audio Fix, but i'm crazy and get stuck in an edit loop in kdenlive

I wanted to show you how I edit the video that I'm editing, but I'm recording the editing to show you the recording part of the editing so i have to edit the recording of the editing, so then i have to record the edit of the editing of the recording of the editing, and then i give up on life.
(that's not true, i love life often times, and tolerate it when i'm suffering, and this is mostly a bit, but also it got really confusing & i had to give up and stop looping even though i wasn't satisfied okay you should learn when to stop stop rambling okay im crazy thakns love u buy me a coffee but i don't have one so just leave a comment or dont. hope you have a great day)
