i'm pretty new to the UFC, and honestly, i'm surprised how nice a lot of fighters are. a bunch of these shorts and interviews from nina are just with very down to earth, likeable dudes.

Honestly aljo was kind of overrated and got to where he at because of the lack of top notch fighters but now there are a few top notch fighters.
And although I'm not saying that merab is ready for a title match, he definitely is near that point , with his performance against Henry cejudo last Saturday he showed the world he is not to be taken lightly at all. And guys like him work harder and harder after each fight, learning on the mistakes and improving.

@@oystercoaster6621 You need to step a lil outside to leverage them so in the blink of an eye the opponent won't have the time but if you don't step outside enough and the opponent anticipates it then yes he can sweep you

Hip throws are easy to stop by high level fighters. Ronda used make it look good but that’s because females mma was still low level. The trips are still effective as islam and merab show.
