I know Cantonese, but Stephen Chow's movie is not everyone's cup of tea. It kind of play with surreal humor/ nonsensical funny. Such as Korean sketch-comedy/gag show or sitcom of US. It is all funny in a way, but doesn't mean it will suitable for everyone to enjoy it. Some will find it boring/silly.
fun fact: in German University if you only studies for 2 weeks per semester, you are never going to finish Uni ...... the exam period last for longer than 2 months already
