Carlos Cuesta. As you say if it goes right we have an absolute gem on our hands
Cuesta's advantages are his previous working relationship with Knapper at Arsenal, and familiarity with the English game. All the names mentioned in the video are feasible candidates but I wouldn't be surprised if the club appointed someone few fans had heard of.
Too cosy, like Wagner and Webber. We need someone fresh.
@@crvenazvezda1575 Although, very single club or organisation of any kind on the entire planet, always works through social networks, that is also how daily life works.
Carlos cuesta would be my choice
Absolutely. Same here.
@@elliotsloan3983 on the ball city mate
So far the leaks are saying Carlos won’t be joining Norwich. Could change tho
@@saitamasbaldhead1908 id still be happy if we get johanns Hoff thurpo
Tough job for whoever takes over,to generate money we will have to sell a couple of our prize assets to go in the transfer market, our defence is lacking pace, midfield we need ball winners in midfield, just hope we bring in a decent striker aswell 💛😆🇬🇫🏆@@elliotsloan3983
As an Arsenal fan, if you wanna know more about Carlos Cuesta, I'd recommend the all or nothing documentary, he appears in that and he's a real gem of a coach and I (and I'm sure Mikel Arteta!) would be gutted if he left as he has a real influence on the team and his man management is second to none, I think it could be a match made in heaven
Having a sporting director and head coach who have worked together at a previous club ALWAYS works out for the best of everyone 😅
Still Carlos Cuesta for me personally, but I wouldn't be unhappy with Thorup or Will Still. Exciting times ahead ➡️
he is still very young man i am not sure if he ready yet mind you he turning 29 yrs old this year
Carlos for me too
Definitely the danish one for me , more experience despite still being young, seems to fit all the criteria. And one I would be happy with despite being pissed off we sacked a good manager
I’m leaning towards him too. Obviously I don’t know much about the guy but like you said, he isn’t a complete newbie to management and from the outside looking in, he seems to have done a good job at Nordsjaelland. Got them a second place finish last season and has recorded a higher points tally this season. Has a very good win rate too especially when you consider that Nordsjaelland aren’t the best team in Denmark.
I like Carlos Cuesta. If he was at Arsenal and has connection with Ben Knapper, I feel like that would be some great chemistry at the club. And I'm sure if Cuesta becomes head coach I would hope he has a winning attitude to get Norwich City back in the premier league!!💚💛
Cuesta would be a risk due to lack of experience in charge. That said, if the club are serious about building and can get money for Sara, Rowe and Sargent and then money added in from the Attanasio group Cuesta and Knapper could be rubbing their respective hands together in delight!
I think Kenny Angus gun and Grant are gonna both struggle with fitness because they are now both all three of them are now on their way to the Euros with Scotland
Assistant - Alex Tettey then worry about getting a head coach in !
Love to see Will Still
I’m going with Carlos Cuesta!
Don’t really know why ppl are saying no to still when they haven’t even seen Reims play
I follow french football too, due to my family back ground. I agree Still could be a very smart appointment
I'd really like to see us take a punt on Cuesta. It is a risk but having seen the way he works on the 'All or Nothing' I really like him. Let's take a gamble and not stick with the safe/cheap/easy appointment
Carlos Cuesta is the one who gets me excited
No idea who we'll be getting but Kieran McGnomeHobbit going to Brighton or United is hilarious.
Can't see him going to Brighton. Can see him going to Chelsea or, most likely, United.
As if he gonna betray the scum like that😂 get them all the way to the top to not even play a single season in the prem, savage
Norwich city are struggling apparently with all the competition higher up the food chain
Like… every other club?
you have Mick Lambert as manger
Cheers for telling us absolutely nothing in 8 1/2 minutes yet doing so with such authority 😅
I doubt Carlos Cuesta will of even been to the training ground can’t see him leaving arsenal given how close they have been to winning the premier league and pep soon to be leaving Man City
I want like a manager at the club who we don’t like play a football with David plays we player at our own system we attack reflowing defence school goals
If not Carlos Cuesta, are we looking at someone who won on PlayStation and is still living with their mum?
Excited by Thorup! Still and Cuesta both very risky.
I thought it would be Steve Cooper, but Steve Cooper recently this week rejected at Norwich
Cuesta for me
Shouldnt we just get Dean Smith back. He was misunderstood.
He manages Charlotte in the MLS
Bring me the Hoff
"The Hoff"
Why is everyone mentioning Cuesta like he hasn't been ruled out by the Telegraph and Pinkun
Journos collectively know the square root of fuck all.
Not Will Still, other 2 look decent choices
Neil Adams was assistant to Webber. Why is he still here? presumably he's on a decent salary. Can we afford this excess baggage?
All out for Carlos Cuesta, get it done Knapper!
Will still
Everyone wanting a man who’s never managed a game before😂( Cuesta )
It won’t be the lad from Arsenal. Trust me
I hope not.
Mike Bassett is good enough for Norwich, benson and hedges anyone? 😂
Why would there be a problem with a work permit? What about wagners permit being a yank? We left the EU not Europe. Still bitter about Brexit?
Eh - after brexit Europeans require a work permit to work in the UK. As do Brits in the EU. Wagner was German - but had picked up a permit to work pre Norwich days and pre brexit days.
Wagner's American I think you'll find @@JamesKerwin
@JamesKerwin I know how the permits work. So Wagner left the UK after Huddersfield job. In the meantime, we left the EU. Wagner then went to Germany and Switzerland. So as a result, he would have had to reapplied for a work permit, surely for the norwich job. Not being funny, but it's easy to get a work permit for UK if you can provide evidence of having employment to go to. My company employed two South African engineers, and that was easy enough. Just paperwork.
Its easier for non EU citizens - hence the club chasing Brazilians and south Americans.
@@JamesKerwin sounds crazy.
Will Still would be a terrible choice.
You mad he's a brilliant up and coming manager
2 wins in last 14 games
@@middyboyzAdventures his record says otherwise and at a poor level.
I agree, I think he’s bang average at best
@@mercurymachines4311 Though it is not all the story of some games won or lost. He also took a historic but now average French club ( successful 60 years ago ) to challenging at the top for most of the season that caught a lot of attention in France. So he has managed at a top European League already and created a challenge. They tailed off but the points where tight so still not far off the top.
2:56 get Rooney lol 🤣
Get money on Plymouth to be relegated now
Got to push for promotion because Ipswich will be coming down.
Not keen on Carlos cuesta, untried and untested, everyone thinks he'll do the business but based on what? Granted everyone has to start somewhere but not for me
None of them...Ricky Gervais please.
