Tottenham have had some great players down the years but who would be in your top 5? That’s the question Jeff Stelling asks Spurs legend Glenn Hoddle in this week’s episode of the pod.
Which forward glided across the pitch?
Who played football like it was a chess match?
Which legend was partly responsible for Glenn being picked up by the club?
Glenn also explains why he thinks Harry Kane finds playing in Germany easier than the Premier League and why he may not have named Alan Shearer as his club captain despite him being his England skipper.

After recovering from a bad injury, Martin Chivers was a great player for about 3 seasons. I always felt he had more to give. As for his long throws, he could reach the goal from an effortless standing start rather than the windmill arms style of Chelsea’s Ian Hutchison. People like to knock Spurs but they have had some fabulous players in my lifertime.

Maybe Glen was too young to remember, but John White was one of the greatest midfielders to ever grace the game. A vital member of the Double's team of the early Sixties and one of Scotland's finest. As an LFC fan and a Scot I always hoped he would come to Anfield, but sadly he was taken from us far too early,

Delusional nonsense from Glenn about the bottom teams in the premier league and how good they are.
The teams in the bottom levels of the EPL are getting less points than they ever have and they're way less competitive as they all play the same style as the top teams just were worse players so it's easier for the good teams to play against them than it used to be
