@@rockessentialswithtim710 when you mentioned in the video about no vehicle access, my first thought was -- how in the hell does one get groceries from the vehicle to the house? Based on the looks of that wooden walkway leading to that open door entrance you entered, I'm thinking the termites will have that house in the Hollywood Bowl parking lot before the first whack of the wrecking ball 😆.

@@chadmooreofficial Yeah, humping in groceries would be a problem. Parking your car would be an issue as well seeing as how there is no driveway, much less a road to the house.

So much potential for a fixer upper and historical value. I can't believe it's being knocked down. It doesn't look dilapidated and the history behind it (being built in 1921 and In Utero being mainly written within those walls) make it worthy of another chance of life. It might be rough now but with the right people and amount of work, it could be stunning.

It was a cool house, lots of nice features, but not a big house. Pool table room in the basement. All tile bathrooms. Small sunroom on the south, street side. Each room had small wall phone intercom phone with all the family members names still on the phones. Cool show Tim. 👍
