"LOUISVILLE - Previously unheard audio of interviews from the investigation of the fatal police shooting of Breonna Taylor reveals new details about the events leading to her death, as well as the sympathetic approach investigators took while scrutinizing one of their own.
In the interview with Louisville police Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly, who led the late-night raid in March, the investigator questioning Mattingly describes a raid involving at least seven officers and a battering ram as “the most passive way in” and says Mattingly “rightfully” returned fire after Taylor’s boyfriend Kenneth Walker fired a shot."

Now its free for all, the more corrupt the worst it gets for the people. Pretty soon, the Republican and the democrats are take this showdown to the streets and the people are going to be right in the middle... For crying out loud.. 😢

@Melvin Walker so far the only good case people can agree on is George Floyd. Breonna Taylor and Jacob Blake just happened to be black. BLM can try to make it about race but who buys that except people who already accept the narrative "black people are hunted down in the streets every day".

@Melvin Walker but this is the exact reason we have to crucify the system.. because there ARE GOOD ONES!! the good one are dwarfed by the others.. and in order to allow the good ones the safety of doing the right thing without fear of reprisal then this thing has to be broken down.. all weeds removed.. and replanted with new laws in place in order for justice to be for all.. including the officers involved..

this reminds me of the ramstein air base in germany. chancellor merkel was critizised because the US uses this base to commit "targeted killings" in the middle east. when asked about that she replied that she asked the US if they do something illegal in ramstein, and the US said "no, we abide by the law".
so asking the suspected criminals if they had done something wrong, and accepting the answer is enough... sometimes, with "special friends".

This is terrifying. As a gun owner myself there's zero chance I'm not shooting at someone breaking into my home with a gun, and the state of Texas recognizes my rights to do so.
This is the danger of "no knock" warrants. It puts both the police and citizens at unnecessary risk. Had these cops announced themselves as police and made positive contact with either Taylor or Walker, none of this would have happened.

@Eddie Max agreed. The sad thing is that it continues being an issue even when you have an independent unit investigating (as in Norway). As most of the people hired for such units are usually former cops or prosecuters, which have close ties to the police force. Old numbers state that 94% of reported crimes against police are shelved against 65% in general :/

@Eddie Max not when you have police forces like we do in the UK. Believe me...they hate each other. My dad was a policeman for 30 years & retired when he was a DS in the CID. I'm not saying the investigations were perfect...by any means...but there was alot of "ok...we can shaft this lot" going on, believe you me.

That Can happen, but Won't until the population of the Earth realized that United We Stand, Divided We Fall.. is Not exclusive to any country, but the planet we live on... Yes I was one of the "Hippies" that everyone mocked and put down.. but legit.. what is wrong with believing, no matter how unlikely that Humans "Can" learn to accept each other's differences... Think "That's Impossible" .. learn to believe in two "impossible" things every day and people can actually Celebrate our differences.. Pipe dreams?!? .. Why? We have Star Trek communicators with our cell phones and Star Trek Holodeck with our VR.. Tell me legitimately other than it's hard work why we Can't have StarTrek "Society" .. even that's not perfect but at least it's a positive goal!

My father always told me, no matter how innocent you are, to NEVER talk to the cops after a crime. Even if your 100% innocent and desperately want to help to catch the bad guy.
Even if your silence causes damage to the investigation, don’t talk to the cops.
That’s pretty sad when you think about it but the fact that the cops can (& often do) lie to you and you can’t lie or even make a mistake in your speech under pressure, it’s not worth it.
    It’s very very sad.
The fact that cops are legally allowed to lie to you, but you can’t lie to them (legally) is a perfect example that the cops ARE above the law.

I am an African American Airline Pilot. When i came out of the U.S Airforce in January 1990. I looked around & realized we are the only race without our own Airline transportation back to where we come from, the Beautiful Contenant of Africa?
I immediately filed an application, received secured financial backing & four years later with help & higher (Complaint with HQ.) intervention was approved to hold a U.S Air Carrier Certificate to operate a U.S Airline. The issuing agency was furious, because they never issued An Air Carrier Certificate to a Black ownd and operated company before in the U.S.A They immediately set out to destroy my life with false charges against me.(If we cannot stop you professionaly? We will distroy you personally) They charged me with three C.F.R 67.403 (A)(1) Administrative Actions, which means DUI/DWI. They accused me of committing fraud for not reporting their fraud against me? I have never drink a beer or had a traffic stop for the likes in my life? It has taken years to clear. Once they realize i will fight for my rights, everyone involved walked away & would not touch my case. Finally after 16 year's as i am posting, i get my case in U.S. District Court in Washington DC. What i have come to realize in America is their are over 180k Airline Pilots. The industry is 98% White male? While Black people are 14% of the U.S population? We should be 26,000 of the 180,000? Instead we are only 800? In 1947 we had 942 Black Pilots? Called the Tuskegee Airman of which not even one them got a job with a US Airline? Just to give a little insight on what we are really dealing with? I want this truth be public because the closest entry points between Africa & America is Cape Verde Islands & The U.S Virgin Islands (2,700 miles apart) in the Atlantic? A short flight but Black people think we are worlds away when we are closer then we think. State of Texas in America is larger than every country in Europe? Every country in Europe has its own Airline?

In fact if it had even been 1 black cop that 'entered', their homes_not Burst Onto theirs_ without knocking, he would have been shot dead without any reasoning or anything else. The fact that they're talking about drugs is totally irrelevant because they had no business at the house to start with. It is so sickening to watch these said police officers excuse their behavior simply because of who they think they are once they put on those uniforms and that badge. That they have the gall to stand up there and bold-facedly Lie, and 'cover each other up' is appalling. Then they wonder why so many have no respect for the police. Seriously???
