- The Dwarf Paladin starts with the best stats out of all the paladins and is close to one the best starting areas. Watch how this guys destroys stuff that gets in his way! This guide covers level 1-5.
- Hry
I still go back to these whenever a new server/tlp comes out
I end up watching them with each new TLP too :)
love that your not being powerleveld or super twinked tryin to lvl to 50 in 2 days like most people. We play the same way, i love the process of leveling i hate when people want to powerlevel me cause it takes the fun out of the game for me at least
You are my hero, exactly what I needed!
Thanks!
Lovely content! Keep it up!
Agnarr server rocks
Good stuff! My paladin was a dwarf, but back in the day, the boats were bugged, so I restarted him in Freeport, just to get to the East Commonlands tunnel, because that was the place to get a good weapon. If the boats were fine, my paladin would have remained a dwarf.
I remember the boats having trouble. What kind of weapon were you looking for in the EC tunnel? Was this way back in the day when people sold stuff there? For Agnarr I guess the best weapons for melee are going to be combine weapons sold in SRO. At 35-56pp each it will be expensive. So the paladin we saw in the "Fear itself" video is the one you started in FP?
Oh yes, you would see people there in the tunnel advertising their wares, you'd see a message, "Selling Fine Steel Weapons, find me at T1" which was (Torch 1) at the tunnels. It's like the players MADE the bazaar ourselves. :)
The economy was more modest at that time, having 50pp at that time, made you rich.
That's how I remember it! So funny how FS weapons were good items back then. Nowadays we don't even pick them up, LOL.
Man, the monk's fists are 10/38. None of the mid level weapons will be anywhere close to that.
Do you plan on doing a ranger guide? That's the one i've been hoping to see as that's what i'm planning to play on Agnar. Super excited, 1 more day to go.
I'll see how much time I have once Agnarr starts. I plan to stream, but when I'm done with that I'll see if I can to do it because these guides are very popular with new players. I'll get a better idea once we get into Agnarr. I want to do the Bard along with the ranger.
I made a High Elf paladin and reached level 10, I am in Crescent Reach, but I do not know what I should train with guildmaster. Can you give tips on builds for us beginners?
Hi Gabriel,. Congrats on reaching level 10! You don't need to spend points yet, because normal combat will raise combat skills like dodge and double attack one their own. Skills like disarm are worthless, so don't spend on that. As for spell casting skills, just cast a certain spell more and it will raise for you. Lots of people save their points for tradeskills because that's the one area where you'll save money by using the trainer. What server are you on?
I'm on The Rathe server just to learn more about the game, I'm still thinking of dropping my other MMO and just devoting myself to EverQuest from now on.
Final breath? on bar?
2 days to go ;)
