Meet Atul Kochhar the first Indian chef to ever be awarded a Michelin star. Atul has recently opened a new restaurant in Mayfair called Kanishka with another London venue about to open its doors very soon. Atul talks exclusively to DRIVE about his deep seated desire to be a chef, his ambitions, career path and what it really takes to win a star and to open your own restaurant. Atul also shares with us his views on the changing face of hospitality as a career choice and of course what drives him.
