Not gonna lie guys I forgot that shotguns did get nerfed. I was wondering why my shotgun felt like shit yesterday lol. It has nothing to do with stompee in air accuracy for this wondering. The range nerf just hit really hard. With the new ammo changes the heavy hitting shotguns might be a better option but we’ll have to wait.

Had some rats pull out LoW on Monday because they were rotating through their weapons trying to find something that could stop my pushes when they were weak.

Yo Wallah there’s a cracked PvP weighted knife build for Hunters on Solar rn. If you use Knock Em Down and the aspect that gives you radiance when you use a charged melee, you can get your throwing knife back immediately on a precision kill even though they removed that perk. But here’s the kicker, if you use Athrys’s Embrace and proc the perk (by getting rapid precision hits with a weapon) you can now 1-shot body shot someone with the knife AND immediately get it back thanks to the aspect and fragment combo AND you have a 10% damage buff from radiance. Give it a shot.
Actually dood you always get your knife back even on body shots without any exotics as long as you have the aspect on

@@SayWallahBruh Oh yeye. But Athrys’s lets you 1-shot body shot when the perk is up. Makes it wayyy more lenient.

trinary system is finally good now
it's mostly because adaptives are the most well rounded fusion now, I've been having trouble with rapids (Cartesian with high impact reserves + under pressure (without the charge time mw and ac coils, as was previously run usually) is still usable) and precisions feel just a little slower so it's been throwing me off
high-impacts are still ass, but the range is shocking when you do managed to hold down the trigger long enough

I've been using this with Athrys Embrace with well rounded and one two punch. Been takin out champs with one knife. Feels awesome 😎

I got a drang with incandescent and well rounded. The 2 perks seem to pair really well for pve. I paired it with throwing knives and hive grenades, and it put in work!
I can see it having some potential in pvp with the right fragments. I ran: ember of singing, blistering, beams, ashes, and wonder (I'm going to swap wonder out for something else.. I haven't had a lot of time to play with the new fragments).
I tried the shotgun and I had a bad roll. It seemed pretty meh to me but with potential. I cant get past the fact that the gun sounds like a wet fart 🤣

Incandescent is awesome, it allows it to be useful against weaker enemies that normally be a waste for 1 shot. It has the same effect as chainreaction, so you kill one, it explodes and nearby enemies get burned which can kill nearby weak enemies like thrall.
I got the full choke, accurized, hip fire grip and elemental with a handling mw haven’t tried it out yet but this shotguns iron sights are so nice
I got rifled\ barrel shroud accursed rounds threat detector and elemental capacitor been loving it so far
Try Staccato next i really like it and i have a bad roll would love to see someone that knows how to use it, it has some nice rolls too.
Gotta say, even thought the seasonal weapons aren't the best they do feel amazing to use in PVE. Especially the auto
I don't know what Incandescent is like in PVP, I am interested to see how it works on a Shotty also! Buuuuut it's utterly incredible on say the Mini-Tool! Pairing it on heavily scorch focused builds such a Blade Barrage, Knife Trick, Incendiary Grenade set-up you're blowing shit up left, right & centre!!
Hip fire will proly be one of my top choices such a good perk on shotguns... but threat detector always solod

Skill issue. If you are constantly getting shotgun aped then that’s on you. If you know they have a shotgun then keep your distance. There is a counter to everything is game.

I love the aesthetics of this thing. it ain't no parcel, but I'll take it.
I feel like well rounded and one two punch would be a good combo. Shoot, melee, shoot. You get bonus melee damage and increased stats. Good for Solar 3.0 with radiant melees giving more damage. Works in PvP and PvE. High stats all round and with Ophidians on Warlock you have max handling and reload. Really high stat and damage shotgun build.
For One Two Punch to proc every pellet has to hit the guardian, if every pellet hits, he is dead, and no melee needed. Now you might kill a super, a barricade, shoulder charge, a bubble, or overshield guardian.
@@tren35 Enhanced 1-2 punch requires 10 of 12 to hit. You need 11 for a kill. So in the event it doesn't kill and they use some healing ability you can punch and kill most things.

Ngl I hate having to switch to a specific element to get handling or stability. So I crafted mine so I can have 76 handling which is perfect with quick charge that gives you 25 handling. My roll is barrel shroud, assault mag, enhanced threat detector and one two punch. My handling is max threat detector animation is plus and taking out supers without having to hit every pellet is awesome. Also pellet shotguns got a 25%buff in pve.

Feel like you were missing shotgun shots in the air because they nerfed air accuracy hard
Too bad the farming for this season is so much more difficult compared to Risen weapons. More time consuming (grinding Vestiges and the PE) and you can't unlock the guaranteed focusing for Opulent weapons unless you grind the shit out of the first rep reset (needs 5 upgrades to get the Opulent focusing to bypass the Opulent key grind), and then 9 upgrades to focus Haunted weapons to bypass the PE grind.
Reminder that the Gjerda shotgun video claims that fullchoke is not worth it.

The biggest problem I've seen is there are way more snipers and campers I see people sitting in corners now with sidearms or shotguns cup they afraid to spam

So far from what i've seen no one cares much about the special ammo nerf, i'm constantly surrounded by 5-6 ammo bricks in quickplay.
Honestly I've not had much trouble with special anno but I have noticed apes that won't move until they see special ammo and they r quick to steal it from u even if u got the kill
