Background notes: This was purchased off of Amazon, for anyone interested in acquiring one. However, buyer be warned: this was the 2nd one I had to purchase. The first one I received and returned contained an item that burst open, and there was mold over everything. Luckily the one in this video was undamaged. The food was much better than expected and I highly recommend it, especially if you are into acquiring MRE's, camping, etc., or if you're like me and just want to try something out for the first time.
Shoutout to the various CZcamsrs out there who have done an unboxing of this particular MRE, as their understanding and explanation of the contents helped me understand everything a little bit better, with everything being printed in Russian. What is ASMR? It is both a sensation and a medium.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current, non-scientific name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps, but much more pleasant.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally help induce this sensation, also referred to as "tingles", but also provide a relaxing, calming, soothing, therapeutic and even entertaining experience for the viewer.

I purchased this, along with other Russian props, specifically to have a particular character *coughYuricough* share this with you. However, due to the fact that all of the contents are printed in Russian, I had no idea what everything was until afterwards. Now that I have a better understanding, I'll acquire one again specifically for that Y.P. video.
P.S. I also want you to know how dedicated I am to ya'll, as I got a manicure for the first time in my life just for this video! (Now I just need to stop biting and picking my nails!)

tips:
- no need to add sugar into fruit drinks and you need to pour hot water in it, not cold one
- dont heat up shpak (canned pig fat - bacon :D) use it as pate, you can eat it even if it frozen - more tastier!
- as many people told already - dont use that "dry spirit" tablets indoors
- dont eat all at once its a one day ration at least for non-americans :D
- use huge knife to open and eat all meals, share some with your homie bear.

I (very) recently started to learn russian, at the moment I´m just getting familiar with the alphabet and ever since I eagerly try to read every russian text I spot somewhere, so the first thing I did when you displayed the Box was pausing the video and tried to decipher the text on it. As you opened the box, it was the same. XD I must confess that- for a second - I indeed was a bit upset when you used the translation app, like "you destroyed the surprise, I was going to read that!" But, my, this video is so realxing and calming, after a few minutes I stopped trying to read the russian text for I just wanted to sit and listen.
I bet Fork, Plate and Spoon were the easiest to figure out before he used the translator.

I've watched this about 4 times now as it's nice noises to fall asleep to, but it annoys me immensely that the little metallic cooking station is the wrong way round. The pointy legs are designed to dig into the ground and the flat bits are to put the food on, hence why they are flat. Also, the middle bit has a recessed indentation for the fuel capsule.
The rest is fine though, excellent even. Got recommended this after watching ASMR Surge's MRE videos.
