    Try the poly all around with lace in the middle! It breathes and is easy attachment and removal. No speaking in lace to worry about, front getting dirty and things like that.

    I prefer a medium/ light density for the main reason you hit on,..... shedding. I find I get more longevity. Also, when cutting in a unit, the weight can be decreased if needed. You can always take away but not add. Great information!

    LORD HAIR SYSTEMS
    HEAVY, REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY CALL IT, BOTH ARE TOO HEAVY.

  • @kenb3552
    @kenb3552 Před měsícem

    Lighter is always better. I've seen guys in their 20's wearing light and it looks great. Unless what remains of your natural hair is VERY thick, you can't go wrong with lighter on the top. IMO - the absolute worst things that give away a hair piece are:
    #1 - the color is too dark (top should always be lighter than the sides or at least even with them - think sun exposure)
    #2 - the density is TOO THICK and
    #3 - you wear the piece too far down in the front.

  • @kipkapper3014
    @kipkapper3014 Před 9 měsíci

    you gotta make the hair appear as its coming from your scalp, every time a see a piece the hair looks like its coming from an area above the scalp , not from the scalp. this can be done with proper styling and a good eye. most men who wear these just do not have the skill set to make them look real.

    Good video production. Nice intro with the channel name. The music is at a good volume, it’s there but not overpowering. Maybe instead of a quick ending just tell people to click subscribe, share and like turn on bell notifications, you know dress it up.

    • @adminemails
      @adminemails Před 4 lety

      Bob Jazzman I respectfully disagree on both points. The music is just distracting here. It’s refreshing to have a video without all the subscribe and like BS, people will do that if they are inclined to anyway.

      So the sudden ending was by design, for some reason it took out the last two minutes or so of my video and I didn't feel like making a brand new video, so I just found a good stopping point (or good enough one) and just ended it there due to laziness lol. Thanks for the feedback btw

      There is way too much hair in the unit. Especially at the hairline. Lordhair isn't one of the better companies. Their stock systems are extremely thick. Toplace, Northwest Lace, Hair By MHE, and Coolpiece are better options.

I use a dark brown with MHE but their (Lordhair) dark brown (#2) doesn't look dark brown.... One of your pics in the video looks darker so I was wondering if you have used dark brown. Any help is appreciated. Also, the link you provided to Lordhair doesn't offer density and in the description states the density is "Light to Medium Light (90%)...where is the option for density?

    Hey brother it’s me Frank again, I also forgot to ask you? How do you glue or tape the front hairline? I can’t seem to get it right, I always have to clean up the front, also when you shower does the front of your system ever come up. It seems like every time I shower it comes unglued, even though I use cold water on my head. Hey Thank you in advance for any information you can share with us or maybe a video on how to do the hair line my friend.

    • @panthertrain1984
      @panthertrain1984  Před 4 lety

      So two things I've learned about post shower hairline lifts, A. Waiting the full 24 hours before I shower or wet the hair after each install has helped greatly with this. B. If you already do that, then what I have found is if you just kind of press it back down kind of hard, that eventually it will just rebond naturally throughout the day. When the bond gets wet, it does loosen the bond temporarily until it dries again.
      So one key thing I learned about gluing the hairline, do the hairline last, but instead of putting the bond on your head, put it on the base of the unit, that way it will be an exact match when you go to lay it down and it takes the guess work out of it, as opposed to putting it on your head and kind of guessing where it should go. That has worked wonders for me, I used to have same problem.

      @@panthertrain1984 Great, you'll love it. I usually put Walker Red Tape down first, then go with the very thin, very strong Walker Signature Tape, or the Walker Blue Lace Front Tape. I can go a month easy.

      @@michaelangel5956 yea I can't wait to do the maintence and see how much easier and shorter it is with tape versus bond. My only complaint about tape so far is I notice more lifting on the sides and back since you aren't able to cover the entire unit with tape unlike bond, but besides that it's been perfect, if it cuts way down on maintence time then I'm all for it
