I get 1.5 years out of all my pieces. They are removed daily. Ive been wearing for 36 years I switch off from swiss to french to poly. Swiss is the most realistic out of all the bases..

Thanks. Wow 1.5 years is very impressive. Do you use clips?

@@HairSystemDIY no clips tape only . Clips give you traction alopecia.
I remove daily . So tape only and careful when removing tape .
There were few times that the pieces only lasted 5-6 months but they were poorly made . I tried multiple companies and i still do bounce around . Always looking for better products out there all the time .
Great content very informative. You pay great attention to detail .what ever information you bring on your channel in all my years as a hair wearer, you are spot on with the info.ive been wearing since i was about 19-20 years old.and back then we did not have lace or poly only heavy mono unrealistic.. keep it going . 👍

Its a toss up .they all have pros and cons.
Poly is the most secure. Even when taped . I would not bond anything to my head for hygeine reasons.
Pros for poly daily wear fast on and off prep time 5 min looks good as long as its cut in properly. Can make you hot.
    Good hairline .
Cons poly base to fragile.tears if not careful shorter life if not taken proper care. Base gets brittle after 6-7 month mark.
    French pros stronger lasts longer
    Great hairline
Cons after a while if not properly taken care of hair breaks anthins out.
    Pros for swiss
Very light and airy hairline is the best wiith bleach knots.
    Cons same as french
My pick has to be swiss lace for comfotabilty and hairline .undetectable also less density is more realistic 100 percent is ideal. 90 is good if you like flatter hair syles..👍

@@HairSystemDIY One more thing. How does the frontal hairline look with French Lace? I've only used Swiss Lace and Thin Skin. I was not happy with Thin Skin because my hair is dark, so it shows the undyed root system. But is French lace better than Thin Skin due to the bleached knots? What do you think?
