Honestly, kind of disappointed at how easy it was. Especially with the weekly hint message. After having done "Break The Code" by .tech domain, I wished this would be somewhat closer to that, especially because the simplicity of it meant that I had no time to even attempt it, being heavily busy.
It was easier! i KNEW it had to do something with the first letters and lvlupexpo. I was so close after 17h of trying to woprk on it. In the end i was so crazy i couldnt even talk anymore
Honestly that puzzle even without the incentive of the free PC saved me from 3 days of boredom. Edit: was on a 3 day trip in the mountains, had internet but not much to do though. Thankfully the puzzle saved me from boredom halfway through the 2nd and 3rd day.
@@raremc1620 They were probably trying to find it for fun anyways. Literally only one person could win this out of milions. Most of them were doing it to entertain themselves.
Thanks Kris for an awesome contest! I was so in disbelief when we chatted, but you have no idea how excited I am for this PC. It was fun for sure. -John
BRO NO WAY THIS APPEARS IN MY RECOMMENDED RANDOMLY, I WAS LITERALLY AT THAT EVENT PARTICIPATING IN THE OSU LAN (which is seen in the bg of the original short)
I'll admit, even though I already own a pretty good PC I put the video in a frame by frame software but after 5 minutes I stopped because I wanted someone else to win😂
DAMMIT MAN, I was scrolling through shorts and I found that video, it said 30 minutes ago and I was like damn maybe I have a shot. I tried so many codes and for the last one I thought it could be the first letter of the manufacturer names + the expo BUT I HAD TO CATCH MY BUS TO DAMN COLLEGE. My life is done bro 😭
Man so i was already there, i just didn't think to add the convention name but I did think of the letters, especially the first letters but since I couldn't figure out how to combine them into 16 letters, I just gave up I'm actually kinda proud I got that far considering I only thought about it for 10 minutes
This is waaay better than just asking people to subscribe. I saw these too late but one of the things i noticed on my first watch was you showing logos on the case. Wish I'd had seen it earlier although my knowledge isn't that big, probably still wouldn't got it
Honestly wish more people would just put out puzzles to solve, no expectations of a prize. Just a puzzle to solve. That would seriously be so fun. This really was really inventive though. Kudos!
I literally paused every frame and looked at all the monitors to find a code and all the people walking by 💀 I even used a program to remove his voice and listen to the background sounds, and reversed it too. All for nothing lol 😭
I did the same thing but lost connection but nice job. Got into pcs about 10 months ago and love building them and learning about them and asking questions.
It's way easier than i thought. But i was truly heart broken since i found out when i was showing my little brother for the first time who wanted a pc like crazy. but it was a great video and i had stress and fun for sure 😂
damn i was doing the letter of the components and even went as far as looking into the debug info of the short. just never put lvlup. great idea and well played to the winner
Man, I won a giveaway like this for a sword, and I had to go frame by frame and find 3 codes. I thought that was hard; this is next level stuff. I could have never
I really loved it. I always steer clear from the lame rigged giveaways that most do. And, honestly, fu.... Lost like a day trying to solve it and I was close 😆
I got quite close but definitely forgot to account the event name, because I and probably a lot of other people, was too focused on CLX as a whole since they were the main sponsors. Great event, and easier than many of us thought; and it really changes the whole "giveaway" meta we're used to lol
damn it, I had the right thought process, but didn't think at all about using the initials of the manufacturers... I thought it had something to do with the part names and was trying so many random combinations
Bro i literally was thinking to myself. It's probably something with the first letter of the parts or something and just didn't bother with the puzzle cus i figured it would be solved quick enough
Mannnnn I figured it out in the first 10 min of finding this video….. I love puzzles congrats to the winner I wish I had a crack at it sooner I would love to see more of these
Saw this too late, it was one of my first ideas that it was the first letter of each component, but i didnt think about the expo name at all so who knows
Was it easier or harder than you guys thought?
I say it was hard xD
Can you another one
definitely easier, the group i was with was going ham over this code
Honestly, kind of disappointed at how easy it was. Especially with the weekly hint message.

I honestly cannot be mad. I was focusing way too much on the numbers.
same x.x
Lol same but I also did some alphabets because Google redeem code has alphabets +numbers in it. 🥲 Still got nothing
Ikr?!
THE NUMBERS MASON, THE NUMBERS!!
@@adamyanam6626how did I know this reply would be here lol
i was going fram by frame 💀
Same💀 I thought it was an actual like code in the video
@@Mrmcrichthe1st sometimes u need to think easily, no way someone would make it that hard
I think spotting a code would have been 10x easier@@decentraIize
I downloaded the short and analyzed the sound spectrum I was seeing patterns where there was none, it was fun tho. gg to the winner
Damn bro 💀
dear god the guys i worked with last night were studying every single detail but that.
I saw people checking the audio file itself LOL
I just thought that it was a red herring
But it was such a weird build!
I was in the discord server, it was chaotic
“sell your kidney to have a chance at winning something” got me lol 😂
Do stuff like this againnn plsss

Bro you need a social life like yesterday
That was great. I wanted to figure it out way more than I wanted the PC.
I bet you came back seeing if someone solved just so you could see what it was in the end. 😄
Be me who took the shorts audio looking for a code using spectrometer XD
yup! xD
Thanks Kris for an awesome contest! I was so in disbelief when we chatted, but you have no idea how excited I am for this PC. It was fun for sure. -John
Thats so nice of you, markiplier
BRO I TRIED THAT TWICE JUST THE NUMBERS FOR ALL PARTS INSTEAD OF THE MANUFACTURER I WAS ON THE RIGHT PATH JUST GAVE UP

thats actually a very good idea. i think im gonna draw inspiration from this and try to make my upcoming small giveaway unique in some way.
damn got so close but did not expect lvlup expo to be the last part. good job to the winner

😂😂😂I put lvlup at the start
I put expo at start 😢
congrats to the winner !! I really could use a pc right now but i couldn't figure this out for the life of me xD

@DOOMWRLD2007 like did you import the video for chat gpt to analyze?

I’m glad I got half of it right. 😊 got the expo part only need the first letter in each part. Super fun and engaging Ty for being an amazing creator
“Sell your kidney” 🤣
I FUCKIN KNEW IT! , except that last bit on the expo itself that was smart af. But the 7 components being the first letter yeah that part I got
I would love to see another challenge like this!
Btw where do you enter this 16 letter code?
Honestly dude this is how giveaways should be. Let people work for it and have fun.

Great idea. Next time do it where it actually can be confirmed from watching the short alone instead of just guessing until you find what works
damn i was going with the stuff not mentioned about specific parts like GOLD or D AC. congrats to the winner and thanks kristofer for the challenge!
i subscribed. thanks for the brainbuster 😂😂😂
That’s so smart and yet I’m so mad I missed that. Super fun to look though, I would love to see this again!

bro I'm upset, I looked at every frame just to not get it
The fact that i thought about it and was just like "nah that would be mad annoying" , i'm crying x)
I thought of something like that than I was like "nahhh can't be"
I used so much time of my day just looking through old videos for any hints
Great idea plus the short with him explaining is great follow up or end of story thank you!!

I was one fucking day late and i still have a old ass laptop
I was way overthinking it.
Damn. Wish I saw this when it was posted. That was literally my first guess but I didn’t see the video until today. 😂
And now i feel compelled to keep an eye on this dude for cryptic giveaway challenges, even if he never does another one. Well played sir
that is ridiculously hard to mentally put together, like you need a very specific thought process
Man we all over thought the shii out of this😭
I even went as far to reverse engineer the site, got only the character limit, that's a well programmed page
Happy for the guy that won because I was curious to the answer
Now you got a subscription love this things
good job to the man that won
