    Nice video! Video suggestion: Building toss block "awareness" I've mostly done toss hands and its really hard to push it up fluidly without going to the hands-level :p

      Hands and toss block is abit of a jump! Hopefully the drill should help your flyer stay stable as you learn to catch and toss higher towards the top!

      @@projectstunt2167 I currently have toss hands and hands -> extension. The coach wants me to learn toss block next and lib.
