As a women who worked at PepsiCo in Purchase, NY for 10 years under Indra Nooyi's leadership, I still get excited and inspired when I hear her speak. She is truly missed. Great interview!
I was fired while on maternity leave. I've never felt the weight of being a woman heavier than at that point in my life. Indra Nooyi is a huge mentor to me.
Great woman to all woman
Why should they pay you to stay home and not work?
@@MartinAthletics ugh my lord, how about because without women having these children society would cease to exist. Get ur dick out of your hand and look around.
@@MartinAthletics Do you not understand the basic concepts of Maternity leave? Households can no longer afford to live on one income. By not providing maternity leave or paternity leave, you are stating that raising a family should only be for the rich and wealthy which is elitist to say the least.
Most terrific, dynamic lady born on our motherland (India) ..proud to have u mam . Lots n lots lessons learned n still a lot other need to learn from u. So much respect fr u.
Indra Nooyi is a very Intelligent female CEO. Her ideas about leadership speaks volume of her extraordinary wisdom..
Mmmmm
THAT female tag wasn't unnessecary .. she is a wonderful CEO not a wonderful Female CEO..
@@sagarskumar8679 But she is a female CEO. And yes it's necessary to mention the word "female" coz a huge chunk of the struggle she has faced is because she is a female. And therefore her struggle holds more merit and inspiration. Hats off for her to have achieved what she has achieved, inspite of all the gender stereotypes and gender biases, both within the family and in the outside world, especially being a married woman with kids, every step of her way.
She is a very charismatic and influential person. Being Ceo of a retail giant is good but she is meant for a greater good.
Such a charmer she is !! Really adore her and the way she is brought up.. one of the best people, interviewee and leadership...
I cried out of frustration again put makeup on and smile it's awesome such honesty 🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘. How u feel is what your transmitting.

I love you
INtellegent and brave
Me hubiera gustado en español y comprender lo que trata.
To Pepsi, I wish for an interview with the company CEO ONLY.
She should be offerred a seat.on the GE board even though she didn't accept their job offer. GE will show that all is forgiven.
The group seemed to have fallen on hard times recently going by the book Power Failure.
Indra would have some ideas on business strategy, innovation and transformation that maybe worth trying to improve GE's brands and bottom line.
