I really like the technique you use to make your garlic bread. You guys really have me thinking about communicating and how communication can be and is at times (especially for me) confusing. I can’t imagine being in America and not being able to pronounce words and communicate the same as yours surroundings. It’s more emotional for me to think from a child perspective to not being able to understand. I love the patience that is shared when communicating. Thank you

Even if he wasn't cooking and telling you what he was doing with each recipe I could sit and listen to him speak all day. He could read the dictionary and I would sit and listen. His voice is so smooth and comforting. I'm bipolar going through my manic cycle right now and when I listen to Irom chef dad it just calms me and slows me down for a bit. This helps me get my thoughts in order.
Even better because he did/showed his son. Then his son probably did/showed how to broadcast it to us. Great vid in all parts. Good job, gentlemen.
